背景技术
细木工板广泛用于建筑装潢领域，细木工板材的芯材基本上都是废弃的木板边角料，将三合板作为木工板板材的两面，用木工胶粘合，这种结构，看起来厚实，但仍然强度差，而且不耐湿，在水中侵泡后容易开裂，现在市场上还没有一种表面美观耐水侵泡的细木工板品种。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：设计一种PVC胶面覆膜细木工板，解决目前市场上细木工板存在的强度差，不耐湿的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在经过糙化处理的细木工板上均匀涂一层PVC胶，在PVC胶上覆盖一层TPU膜，然后裁边整理成型。
本实用新型具有以下优点及效果：
这种细木工板不仅外观好，而且耐水性和耐磨性好，在增加细木工板板材使用寿命的同时，又不影响细木工板板材的柔韧性能。

经过糙化处理的细木工板1上连接一层PVC胶层2，在PVC胶层2上有一层TPU覆膜3。
具体的生产工艺过程是：在细木工板1基板成型并燥化后，表面进行糙化处理，将PVC胶采用“震动铺撒”的方法，均匀布胶形成PVC胶层2，然后对细木工板进行柔性加压，冷却后表面进行TPU覆膜3技术处理、最后对细木工板裁边整理成型。

1.一种PVC胶面覆膜细木工板，其特征在于：经过糙化处理的细木工板（1）上连接一层PVC胶层（2），在PVC胶层（2）上有一层TPU覆膜（3）。
2.根据权利要求1的一种PVC胶面覆膜细木工板，其特征在于：所述PVC胶层（2）与细木工板（1）之间为粘接结构。
