Abstract

一种石塑木结构复合板材,包括结构实木拼板层,结构实木拼板层为带有厚度的、四方可根据需求延续的结构,结构实木拼板层包括有两个厚度方向平行布置的表面,分别为第一表面和第二表面,第一表面覆盖有第一装饰面层,第一装饰面层为石塑复合层,第一装饰面层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置;制作工艺是:预制石塑复合层,将耐磨胶膜、彩纹胶膜、SPC垫板组坯经热压制成石塑复合层待用;再生产结构实木拼板层,将实木锯切成板条,干燥处理后拼成中间实木拼板层,在中间实木拼板层上下组坯木单板,经热压成结构实木拼板层;之后将上述两种制成的石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层再次组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。

一种石塑木结构复合板材及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及板材结构的技术领域,具体为石塑木结构复合板材及其制作工艺。
背景技术
目前生产的石塑复合板材与结构实木拼板是两个独立的产品类别,各自除自身优势外,同时存在各自的不足,比如石塑复合板材,由于密度较大,板材超硬,脚感不好,而且石塑材料降解难度大,影响生态环境,由于消费者认为石塑复合是塑料制品,对该产品产生质疑,认为不环保;结构实木拼板产品由于是全实木制成,表面耐磨性差,天然林资源消耗大,影响生态环境且花色品种少,不能满足各类消费者需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种石塑木结构复合板材及其制作工艺,其中石塑木结构复合板材不仅保留了板材原有的优势特性,同时克服板材原有的问题,满足了消费者的需求,同时为家庭装修、家具及地板制造提供了一种新品板材,是现有板材及林产品制造升级换代极佳选择方案。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种石塑木结构复合板材,包括结构实木拼板层,所述结构实木拼板层为带有厚度的、四方可根据需求延续的结构,所述结构实木拼板层包括有两个厚度方向平行布置的表面,分别为第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面覆盖有第一装饰面层,所述第一装饰面层为石塑复合层,所述第一装饰面层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置。
作为优选:所述第二表面覆盖有底层,所述底层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置;所述底层为IXPE或PE发泡材料制作而成的结构。
作为优选:所述第一装饰面层、结构实木拼板层、底层三者冷压复合成为一体板材。
作为优选:所述第二表面覆盖有第二装饰面层,所述第二装饰面层为石塑复合层,所述第二装饰面层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置。
作为优选:所述结构实木拼板层包括中间实木拼板层、上层实木单板、下层实木单板,所述上层实木单板、中间实木拼板层、下层实木单板热压复合成整体结构,所述上层实木单板、下层实木单板的纤维方向垂直于所述中间实木拼板层的纤维方向。
作为优选:所述石塑复合层包括耐磨胶层、彩膜胶层、石塑SPC垫板层,所述耐磨胶层、彩膜胶层、石塑SPC垫板层顺次叠加组坯后热压制成所述石塑复合层。
一种如上所述石塑木结构复合板材的制作工艺,首先预制石塑复合层,将耐磨胶膜、彩纹胶膜、SPC垫板组坯经热压制成石塑复合层待用;再生产结构实木拼板层,将实木锯切成板条,经干燥处理后,拼成中间实木拼板层,在中间实木拼板层上下组坯木单板,经热压成结构实木拼板层,上层实木单板、下层实木单板与中间实木拼板层的纤维方向成90度直角以控制变形;之后将上述两种制成的石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层再次组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
作为优选:在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有底层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、底层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
作为优选:在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有第二装饰面层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、第二装饰面层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
采用本发明的结构后,板材能做成无甲醛释放,表面装饰纹理真实感极强且花色品种丰富;且产品理化性能优且结构稳定,易规模化生产,具有较大的成本优势;其不仅保留了板材原有的优势特性,同时克服板材原有的问题,满足了消费者的需求,同时为家庭装修、家具及地板制造提供了一种新品板材,是现有板材及林产品制造升级换代极佳选择方案。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:本发明所述的一种石塑木结构复合板材,见图1-5所示:它包括结构实木拼板层1,结构实木拼板层1为带有厚度的四方可根据需求延续的结构,结构实木拼板层1包括有两个厚度方向平行布置的表面、分别为第一表面和第二表面,第一表面覆盖有第一装饰面层2,第一装饰面层2具体为石塑复合层,第一装饰面层2的形状贴合对应的结构实木拼板层1的形状布置。
结构实木拼板层1包括中间实木拼板层11、上层实木单板12、下层实木单板13,上层实木单板12、中间实木拼板层11、下层实木单板13热压复合成整体结构,上层实木单板12、下层实木单板13的纤维方向垂直于中间实木拼板层11的纤维方向,即上层实木单板12、下层实木单板13与中间实木拼板层11的纤维方向成90度直角布置;
石塑复合层包括耐磨胶层5、彩膜胶层6、石塑SPC垫板层7,耐磨胶层5、彩膜胶层6、石塑SPC垫板层7顺次叠加组坯后热压制成石塑复合层。
具体实施例1见图1所示:结构实木拼板层1仅在第一表面覆盖有第一装饰面层2,第一装饰面层2具体为石塑复合层,第一装饰面层2的形状贴合对应的结构实木拼板层1的形状布置,第一装饰面层2、结构实木拼板1冷压成型、制成石塑木结构成为一体板材。
具体实施例2见图2所示:在具体实施例1的基础上,第二表面覆盖有底层3,底层3的形状贴合对应的结构实木拼板层1的形状布置;底层3为IXPE或PE发泡材料制作而成的结构;第一装饰面层2、结构实木拼板层1、底层3三者冷压复合成为一体板材;
具体实施例3见图3所示:在具体实施例1的基础上,第二表面覆盖有第二装饰面层4,第二装饰面层4具体为石塑复合层,第二装饰面层4的形状贴合对应的结构实木拼板层1的形状布置;第一装饰面层2、结构实木拼板层1、第二装饰面层4三者冷压复合成为一体板材。
一种石塑木结构复合板材的制作工艺:首先预制石塑复合层,将耐磨胶膜、彩纹胶膜、SPC垫板组坯经热压制成石塑复合层待用;再生产结构实木拼板层,将实木锯切成板条,经干燥处理后,拼成中间实木拼板层,在中间实木拼板层上下组坯木单板,经热压成结构实木拼板层,上层实木单板、下层实木单板与中间实木拼板层的纤维方向成90度直角以控制变形;之后将上述两种制成的石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层再次组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有底层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、底层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材;
在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有第二装饰面层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、第二装饰面层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
文中所出现的英文简称所对应的中文名称如下:SPC,Stone plactic composite的简称,石塑复合;IXPE,交联聚乙烯发泡片材;PE,聚乙烯。
板材能做成无甲醛释放,表面装饰纹理真实感极强且花色品种丰富;且产品理化性能优且结构稳定,易规模化生产,具有较大的成本优势;其不仅保留了板材原有的优势特性,同时克服板材原有的问题,满足了消费者的需求,同时为家庭装修、家具及地板制造提供了一种新品板材,是现有板材及林产品制造升级换代极佳选择方案。

1.一种石塑木结构复合板材,包括结构实木拼板层,其特征在于:所述结构实木拼板层为带有厚度的、四方可根据需求延续的结构,所述结构实木拼板层包括有两个厚度方向平行布置的表面,分别为第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面覆盖有第一装饰面层,所述第一装饰面层为石塑复合层,所述第一装饰面层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置。
2.如权利要求1所述的石塑木结构复合板材,其特征在于:所述第二表面覆盖有底层,所述底层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置;所述底层为IXPE或PE发泡材料制作而成的结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的石塑木结构复合板材,其特征在于:所述第一装饰面层、结构实木拼板层、底层三者冷压复合成为一体板材。
4.如权利要求1所述的石塑木结构复合板材,其特征在于:所述第二表面覆盖有第二装饰面层,所述第二装饰面层为石塑复合层,所述第二装饰面层的形状贴合对应所述结构实木拼板层的形状布置。
5.如权利要求1所述的石塑木结构复合板材,其特征在于:所述结构实木拼板层包括中间实木拼板层、上层实木单板、下层实木单板,所述上层实木单板、中间实木拼板层、下层实木单板热压复合成整体结构,所述上层实木单板、下层实木单板的纤维方向垂直于所述中间实木拼板层的纤维方向。
6.如权利要求1所述的石塑木结构复合板材,其特征在于:所述石塑复合层包括耐磨胶层、彩膜胶层、石塑SPC垫板层,所述耐磨胶层、彩膜胶层、石塑SPC垫板层顺次叠加组坯后热压制成所述石塑复合层。
7.一种如权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述石塑木结构复合板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:首先预制石塑复合层,将耐磨胶膜、彩纹胶膜、SPC垫板组坯经热压制成石塑复合层待用;再生产结构实木拼板层,将实木锯切成板条,经干燥处理后,拼成中间实木拼板层,在中间实木拼板层上下组坯木单板,经热压成结构实木拼板层,上层实木单板、下层实木单板与中间实木拼板层的纤维方向成90度直角以控制变形;之后将上述两种制成的石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层再次组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
8.如权利要求7所述的石塑木结构复合板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有底层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、底层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
9.如权利要求7所述的石塑木结构复合板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:在结构实木拼板层的第二表面设置有第二装饰面层时,将石塑复合层、结构实木拼板层、第二装饰面层组坯冷压成型、制成石塑木结构复合板材。
