本实施例中,所述片材1的背面设置有若干个向所述片材1本体内凹入的盲孔6,所述盲孔6的开口形状为规则的多边形状或非规则的多边形状,整体呈蜂窝状,具有保温隔音抗震的作用,从人类生存居住环境来讲,更彰显了私密、保温的舒适空间,确保材料和材料的配件、建筑物三者之间的连接,也利于本实施例的装修墙板在市场上的普及和推广。
本实施例中,所述装修墙板还包括设置在所述片材与墙体之间用于支撑所述片材1的内衬7,所述内衬7通过螺钉或螺栓固定在墙体上,所述内衬7的靠近所述墙体的一侧设置有用于走线的透空部8,所述内衬7的与所述片材1贴合的一侧设置有若干个与所述片材1卡接配合的定位凸起9,所述片材1的每个角处均设置有与所述定位凸起9适配的定位凹槽10。由于本实施例的片材为正方形结构,每一个所述内衬7的上方恰好支撑四个片材,四个片材的边沿相互卡接成平面结构。增添内衬7,便于将本实施例的片材安装到天花板(吊顶)和地面上,且透空部的位置便于穿插走线,如:电话线网络线电线光纤等顺利通过,而隐形在材料的底部。为了增强片材与内衬的固定强度,也可以从内衬一侧向片材内旋入紧固螺钉,并使螺钉的尖部非突出于片材的表面即可。
本实施例中,所述片材1的正面设置有一层耐磨层(图中未示出,该耐磨层可有多种加工方式实现,具体形式不限),所述片材1的正面和背面之间为具有适宜支撑强度的软性层,软所述软性层具有较好的韧性和弹性,该软性层的支撑强度根据装饰的位置而定,如当安装到地面上时,需采用较大的支撑强度,而当安装到吊顶上时,则只需较小的支撑强度即可。本实施例中,可在透明的耐磨层上印刷精美的立体图案,使得印刷影像具有较高的清晰度,省去了传统工艺中设置 单张印刷层,更便于加工。
本实施例中,所述片材1的正面还设置有用于抗菌的银离子层(图中未示出)和用于清新空气的纳米香味层(图中未示出),这两层可采用涂覆等加工方式设置。片材的面层到底层,依次分别为杀菌式气味淋膜层(银离子层和纳米香味层)、UV表面耐磨层、高分子印刷耐磨层、高密度泡沫缓冲层、中底料层、基板卡扣区和螺丝连接区、底部吸盘式防移动层(或者叫不规则几何图形层,也即用于开设盲孔6),底部吸盘式防移动层具有防滑、抗震、隔音、保暖等作用。
本实施例的材质没有印刷的界面,是直接印刷在高分子材料的耐磨层上,地板材料的耐磨层在0.5mm以上,在通过高温压合到高密度泡沫缓冲层的基材上,耐磨层厚度可最大限度加厚,其印刷的对花和浮雕工艺可最大限度再现在耐磨层上。
本实施例片材的双槽卡扣内嵌式装修材料,其卡槽即为驳接位置,既可以直接拼接,也可以在基板四周上螺丝进行加固,还可以适用于工程快捷式装修,用气枪直接打钉安装,也可以使用免钉胶进行装接。不同的安装方式都可以给产品带来安装方面的便捷,是目前唯一一款可享受多种方式安装装修墙板(可用于地板、墙板、吊顶),突破了传统单一的对位锁扣安装。
本实施例的装修墙板拆装及安装都很容易,不会对片材造成损伤,且片材可以重复利用,可降低材料消耗、节省装饰费用、缩短施工时间、提高施工效率。能够适用于办公室、会议室、住宅等各类建筑物内的地面装饰
本实施例的装饰墙板结构科学合理,由于加大了片材结合部的表面积,大幅度地提高了地板的结构力、踩踏力和抗拉强度。免钉、免 胶,可重复拆装,拼装后受力均衡,并使得地板更加平整,安装和使用更加方便,使用寿命长。且双槽卡扣式连接方式,为解决现有板材间的接合部位表面积小,铺出的材料强度和平整度不够理想,集网格地板、实木地板和石塑地板等各式地板的优势,更实用于天花吊顶,墙面材料的装铺。
本实施例的装修墙板的安装步骤为:
1.在铺装地面、墙体和吊顶时,首先将内衬先行固定于建筑物或者是载体上面,安装方法是在内衬的中央位置气枪工作区,直接上膨胀螺丝,即可实现安装固定,在内衬底部有透空部专为走线设计,如:电话线网络线电线光纤等顺利通过,而隐形在材料的底部。
2.在内衬上有不规则几何图形的定位凸起,用于直接和片材上的定位凹槽卡接配合,只需要上下挤压即可完成组装,如此则片材也固定到载体上了。
3.片材与片材之间的拼装,就实现了双槽双卡扣的连接,还可通过螺钉将片材加固,实现了片材的固定和无缝式的连接。
4.整块面积的施工,就不断地重复上述3个步骤即可。
上述具体实施方式只是对本发明的技术方案进行详细解释,本发明并不只仅仅局限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员应该明白,凡是依据上述原理及精神在本发明基础上的改进、替代,都应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述装修墙板包括片材,所述片材的正面为装修面,所述片材的背面用于贴附于墙体上,所述片材的周边设置有若干螺钉孔,所述片材通过设置在所述螺钉孔内的螺钉固定在墙体上;所述片材为能够相互拼接成平面结构的多边形结构,所述片材的每一个边上设置有用于相邻两个所述片材卡接的卡扣,所述卡扣包括卡接凸起和卡槽,两个所述片材相互卡接时,所述卡接凸起卡接到另一个所述片材的卡槽内;所述卡接凸起和所述卡槽分别设置有两道,所述螺钉孔设置在两个所述卡接凸起之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材为正多边形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材为正四边形结构,所述片材的一对相邻的两侧边上的所述卡接凸起和所述卡槽指向正面,所述片材的另一对两侧边上的所述卡接凸起和所述卡槽指向背面。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述卡接凸起为长条状凸起,所述卡接凸起的延伸方向与所述片材的边沿平行。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材同一侧边上的两个卡接凸起中位于里侧的所述卡接凸起由若干个间断设置的短凸起组成,位于外侧的所述卡接凸起为整体式长条结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述卡接凸起和所述卡槽的横截面形状均为矩形状。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材的背面设置有若干个向所述片材本体内凹入的盲孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述装修墙板还包括设置在所述片材与墙体之间用于支撑所述片材的内衬,所述内衬通过螺钉或螺栓固定在墙体上,所述内衬的靠近所述墙体的一侧设置有用于走线的透空部,所述内衬的与所述片材贴合的一侧设置有若干个与所述片材卡接配合的定位凸起,所述片材的每个角处均设置有与所述定位凸起适配的定位凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材的正面设置有一层耐磨层,所述片材的正面和背面之间为具有适宜支撑强度的软性层。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述可拼装的装修墙板,其特征在于:所述片材的正面设置有用于抗菌的银离子层和用于清新空气的纳米香味层。
