背景技术
目前,用于保温、隔音的非承力隔墙板多种多样。具有代表性的是增强加气混凝土板、轻质水泥板材、石膏板、玻璃板、彩钢板、保温板、木板等。目前市场上的保温板隔热性能差,当保温板用于室内隔墙、天花吊顶、地面地板、内墙装饰、楼层隔板、外墙墙板、外墙挂板、幕墙衬板时,需要再进行保温措施,现有技术是保温板施工结束后,再在其表面涂刷涂料和进行保温措施,这种方式成本高,效率低,耗时间,增加工程量。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够节省施工成本、提高效率、缩短安装时间的新型复合保温板。

一种新型复合保温板,包括一保温板基层,所述的保温板基层是由发泡聚苯乙烯板制成,其特征在于:所述的保温板基层一面设有或粘接有热反射隔热涂层,所述的保温板基层另一面设有或粘接有隔热保温涂层,所述的热反射隔热涂层或隔热保温涂层表面为设有装饰膜层的平面。
所述的隔热保温涂层为微珠隔热保温涂层。
所述的热反射隔热涂层至少设有一层。
所述的隔热保温涂层至少设有一层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型是通过在保温板双面复合涂料层,在出厂后保温板安装后可以直接使用,而无需后续的涂刷涂料和保温,节省施工成本、提高效率、缩短时间,且强度好。

如图1所示,一种新型复合保温板,包括一保温板基层1,保温板基层1是由发泡聚苯乙烯板制成,保温板基层1一面设有或粘接有热反射隔热涂层2,保温板基层1另一面设有或粘接有隔热保温涂层3,热反射隔热涂层2或隔热保温涂层3表面为设有装饰膜层的平面,隔热保温涂层3为微珠隔热保温涂层,热反射隔热涂层2至少设有一层,隔热保温涂层3至少设有一层。
本实用新型热量的传递方式有三种,分别是热辐射、热传导、热对流,热反射隔热涂料层是通过反射环境中光的热量,隔绝热量透过保温板,隔绝热辐射;隔热保温涂料层是通过低导热系数,阻止热量通过保温板进行热传导;保温板基层阻隔了空气的流动,即隔绝了热对流。保温复合保温板从热传递的三个方式阻隔了热量的传递,具有普通保温板不具备有的隔热能力。
