背景技术
目前,用于保温、隔音的非承力隔墙板多种多样。具有代表性的是增强加气混凝土板、轻质水泥板材、石膏板、玻璃板、彩钢板、保温板、木板等。目前市场上的彩钢板不具有隔热功能,当彩钢板用于室内隔墙、天花吊顶、地面地板、内墙装饰、楼层隔板、外墙墙板、外墙挂板、幕墙衬板时,需要再进行保温措施,现有技术是彩钢板施工结束后,再在其表面涂刷涂料和进行保温措施,这种方式成本高,效率低,耗时间,增加工程量。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够节省施工成本、提高效率、缩短安装时间的复合保温隔热彩钢板。 
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现, 
一种复合保温隔热彩钢板,包括一彩钢板基层,所述的彩钢板基层上表面通过上金属板粘接有热反射隔热涂层,所述的彩钢板基层下表面通过下金属板粘接有隔热保温涂层,所述的热反射隔热涂层与上金属板之间设有粘合层,所述隔热保温涂层与下金属板之间设有粘合层。 
所述的粘合层为塑胶片粘合层。 
所述的隔热保温涂层由玻璃棉板材制成。 
本实用新型热量的传递方式有三种,分别是热辐射、热传导、热对流,热反射隔热涂料层是通过反射环境中光的热量,隔绝热量透过彩钢板,隔绝热辐射;隔热保温涂料层是通过低导热系数,阻止热量通过彩钢板进行热传导;彩钢板基层阻隔了空气的流动,即隔绝了热对流。保温复合彩钢板从热传递的三个方式阻隔了热量的传递,具有普通彩钢板不具备有的隔热能力。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型是通过在彩钢板双面复合涂料层,在出厂后彩钢板安装后可以直接使用,而无需后续的涂刷涂料和保温,节省施工成本、提高效率、缩短时间,且强度好。

如图1所示,一种复合保温隔热彩钢板,包括一彩钢板基层1,彩钢板基层1上表面通过上金属板2粘接有热反射隔热涂层3,彩钢板基层1下表面通过下金属板5粘接有隔热保温涂层4,热反射隔热涂层3与上金属板2之间设有粘合层6,隔热保温涂层4与下金属板5之间设有粘合层6,粘合层6为塑胶片粘合层,隔热保温涂层4由玻璃棉板材制成。 
本实用新型热量的传递方式有三种,分别是热辐射、热传导、热对流,热反射隔热涂料层是通过反射环境中光的热量,隔绝热量透过彩钢板,隔绝热辐射;隔热保温涂料层是通过低导热系数,阻止热量通过彩钢板进行热传导;彩钢板基层阻隔了空气的流动,即隔绝了热对流。保温复合彩钢板从热传递的三个方式阻隔了热量的传递,具有普通彩钢板不具备有的隔热能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温隔热彩钢板,其特征在于:所述的粘合层为塑胶片粘合层。
