背景技术
传统的泡沫玻璃一体板由黏结层、泡沫玻璃和饰面层三部分构成的,泡沫玻璃表面为普通平面结构,必须通过固定在表面的饰面层才能达到装饰效果,饰面层固定时需要中间介质(网格布等),工艺复杂,成本高;泡沫玻璃固定在墙体上极大多数是采用薄抹灰系统,所用黏结层为水泥基材,适合于混凝土质类粗糙墙面,对于玻璃、钢铁及其他致密、光滑的墙面黏结效果不好,非常容易脱落,而且施工工艺非常复杂,需要进行墙面打毛清灰,涂抹抹面砂浆,涂抹黏结砂浆,黏结网格布,还需要打铆钉,同样存在工艺复杂、成本高的缺点;现在的建筑保温装饰材料需要和建筑物同命,建筑物在使用过程中会因为种种原因出现开裂,现有的薄抹灰系统等无机胶黏剂的保温装饰材料会因此而剥落或和建筑物一起开裂,从而造成渗漏。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述泡沫玻璃一体板工艺复杂、成本高的不足,提供一种泡沫玻璃一体板,结构简单、成本低、装饰效果好、适应范围广。

本发明的优点在于:1、生产泡沫玻璃所用的主要原料为工业废渣或建筑垃圾,既环保又经济,易于加工造型,切割雕刻成各种图案和造型,直接在立体浮雕面涂覆涂料,工艺简单、成本低、美化装饰效果好;2、安装非常简单,墙面只需简单的清灰处理就可以直接黏贴,黏结层采用速凝有机胶黏剂,墙面简单清灰后,就可以点涂或抹面直接黏贴,拼接处可以通过铆钉加固,锚钉置入泡沫玻璃侧面的凹槽,凹槽内涂抹胶黏剂,工艺简单,施工方便,劳动强度低,效率非常高,适合于各种材质和致密度的墙面,黏结强度高,耐候性强;3、这种泡沫玻璃一体板结构简单,重量轻,强度高,适用 于建筑墙体内外保温防火装饰,也可以作为建筑物屋顶保温防火防水装饰,也可以作为室内吊顶的保温防火装饰,保温防火效果好,性能稳定;4、本发明使用的是耐候性有机胶黏剂,对于建筑物产生的一些小的裂缝,有机胶黏剂能够有效的抵挡由此产生的张应力;5、本发明可以替代建筑用GRC制品,泡沫玻璃高强度,质量轻,可塑性强,稳定性好,施工方便等特点,非常适合用作建筑装饰造型材料;6、可以用作室内墙和吊顶,作为室内防火、防水、保温、隔声、装饰材料。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
结合图1、4,一种泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,包括有泡沫玻璃板1,所述泡沫玻璃板内侧复合有粘结层,外侧复合有涂装层2,所述泡沫玻璃板通过粘结层与墙面3固定,所述泡沫玻璃的外表面为切割后的立体浮雕面。所述涂装层由涂料直接涂覆在泡沫玻璃外表面形成,泡沫玻璃板的厚度为20毫米,泡沫玻璃的面积为0.01平方米。所述粘结层由速凝有机胶 粘剂41和锚栓固定件42构成。所述锚栓固定件为金属件。所述泡沫玻璃板的四周侧面切割有一个或者多个用于布置所述锚栓固定件的凹槽,凹槽里面粘贴有硬质支撑件5,所述锚栓固定件与硬质支撑件为点状接触结构。泡沫玻璃板与锚栓固定件之间涂覆有所述的速凝有机胶粘剂,相邻泡沫玻璃板与泡沫玻璃板的拼接缝也涂覆有速凝有机胶粘剂。所述的速凝有机胶粘剂为耐候硅酮类胶粘剂。所述泡沫玻璃的内表面为与墙体表面造型匹配的立体面。
实施例二:
如图2、5所示,一种泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,包括有泡沫玻璃板1,所述泡沫玻璃板内侧复合有粘结层,外侧复合有涂装层2,所述泡沫玻璃板通过粘结层与墙面3固定,所述泡沫玻璃的外表面为切割后的立体浮雕面。所述涂装层由涂料直接涂覆在泡沫玻璃外表面形成,泡沫玻璃板的厚度为800毫米,泡沫玻璃的面积为10平方米。所述粘结层由速凝有机胶粘剂41和锚栓固定件42构成。所述锚栓固定件为硬质塑料件。所述泡沫玻璃板的四周侧面切割有一个或者多个用于布置所述锚栓固定件的凹槽,所示锚栓固定件与凹槽为面状接触。泡沫玻璃板与锚栓固定件之间涂覆有所述的速凝有机胶粘剂,相邻泡沫玻璃板与泡沫玻璃板的拼接缝也涂覆有速凝有机胶粘剂。所述的速凝有机胶粘剂为树脂类胶粘剂。所述泡沫玻璃的内表面为与墙体表面造型匹配的立体面。
实施例三:
如图3所示,一种泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,包括有泡沫玻璃板1,所述泡沫玻璃板内侧复合有粘结层,外侧复合有涂装层2,所述泡沫玻璃板通过粘结层与墙面3固定,所述泡沫玻璃的外表面为切割后的立体浮雕面。所述涂装层由涂料直接涂覆在泡沫玻璃外表面形成,泡沫玻璃板的厚度为400毫米,泡沫玻璃的面积为5平方米。所述粘结层4为速凝有机胶粘剂。相邻泡沫玻璃板与泡沫玻璃板的拼接缝涂覆有所述的速凝有机胶粘剂所述的速凝有机胶粘剂为耐候硅酮类胶粘剂。所述泡沫玻璃的内表面为与墙体表面造型匹配的立体面。
以上实施例仅是本发明的个案,任何根据本发明精神所作的替换均应理解为未脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,包括有泡沫玻璃板,其特征在于:所述泡沫玻璃板内侧复合有粘结层,外侧复合有涂装层,所述泡沫玻璃板通过粘结层与墙面固定,所述泡沫玻璃的外表面为切割后的立体浮雕面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述涂装层由涂料直接涂覆在泡沫玻璃外表面形成,泡沫玻璃板的厚度为20毫米-800毫米,泡沫玻璃的面积为0.01平方米-10平方米。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述粘结层由速凝有机胶粘剂和锚栓固定件构成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述锚栓固定件为金属件或硬质塑料件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述泡沫玻璃板的四周侧面切割有一个或者多个用于布置所述锚栓固定件的凹槽,凹槽里面粘贴有硬质支撑件。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:泡沫玻璃板与锚栓固定件之间涂覆有所述的速凝有机胶粘剂,相邻泡沫玻璃板与泡沫玻璃板的拼接缝也涂覆有速凝有机胶粘剂。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述的速凝有机胶粘剂为耐候硅酮类胶粘剂或树脂类胶粘剂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的泡沫玻璃防水防火保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述泡沫玻璃的内表面为与墙体表面造型匹配的立体面。
