本发明公开了一种保温金属材料,包括金属板材及设置在金属板材上平面及下平面的保温层,所述金属板材上设置有填充孔,并且所述填充孔的两端内径小于中间内径,所述填充孔内设置有填充物,所述保温层通过热压机压制在金属板材两面,所述金属板材由铁、钛、镁及铜四种金属制成的合金材料层。通过上述方式,本发明一种保温金属材料,具有抗高压、防潮、保温、耐腐蚀、导热系数低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及发金属材料,特别是涉及一种保温金属材料。
背景技术
金属材料是现代工业应用中不缺缺少的原材料之一。随着工业的不断发展,对于金属材料在各方面的要求越来越高,尤其是金属管道,对于保温的要求越来越高。在北方的冬季,由于气候寒冷,常常导致管道内的液体冷冻,导致金属材料冻裂,无法使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温金属材料,具有抗高压、防潮、保温、耐腐蚀、导热系数低的优点,可做金属管道或其他对金属材料有保温要求的场所。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种保温金属材料,包括金属板材及设置在金属板材上平面及下平面的保温层,所述金属板材上设置有填充孔,并且所述填充孔的两端内径小于中间内径,所述填充孔内设置有填充物,所述保温层通过热压机压制在金属板材两面,所述金属板材由铁、钛、镁及铜四种金属制成的合金材料层。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述填充孔的总体面积占金属板材总面积的三分之一。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述填充物为保温材料。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述保温层由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐颗粒15~25份、陶瓷颗粒10~20份、水镁石纤维5~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述保温层的厚度为5~10mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种保温金属材料,具有抗高压、防潮、保温、耐腐蚀、导热系数低的优点,可做金属管道或其他对金属材料有保温要求的场所。

一种保温金属材料,包括金属板材1及设置在金属板材上平面及下平面的保温层2,所述金属板材1上设置有填充孔11,并且所述填充孔11的两端内径小于中间内径,所述填充孔11内设置有填充物3,所述保温层2通过热压机压制在金属板材1两面,所述金属板材1由铁、钛、镁及铜四种金属制成的合金材料层。
进一步,所述填充孔11的总体面积占金属板材1总面积的三分之一,即可减小金属板材的质量,又具有保温功能。
进一步,所述填充物3为保温材料。
进一步,所述保温层3由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐颗粒15~25份、陶瓷颗粒10~20份、水镁石纤维5~10份。
进一步,所述保温层3的厚度为5~10mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种保温金属材料,具有抗高压、防潮、保温、耐腐蚀、导热系数低的优点,可做金属管道或其他对金属材料有保温要求的场所。

1.一种保温金属材料,其特征在于,包括金属板材及设置在金属板材上平面及下平面的保温层,所述金属板材上设置有填充孔,并且所述填充孔的两端内径小于中间内径,所述填充孔内设置有填充物,所述保温层通过热压机压制在金属板材两面,所述金属板材由铁、钛、镁及铜四种金属制成的合金材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温金属材料,其特征在于,所述填充孔的总体面积占金属板材总面积的三分之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温金属材料,其特征在于,所述填充物为保温材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温金属材料,其特征在于,所述保温层由以下重量份的原料组成:硅酸盐颗粒15~25份、陶瓷颗粒10~20份、水镁石纤维5~10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温金属材料,其特征在于,所述保温层的厚度为5~10mm。
