Abstract
本发明公开了一种截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,它设置在截止阀阀瓣、阀座之间;阀瓣接在阀杆的下端,阀座嵌装在阀体内;阀瓣凸形球形密封面与阀座凹形球形密封面紧密配合,形成球形密封面密封;阀瓣凸形球形密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层;阀座凹形球形密封面上设有合金金属层。本发明密封结构合理,不仅耐腐蚀,而且耐高温,特别适合应用在输送高温腐蚀性介质的截止阀上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于截止阀密封结构。
背景技术
现有截止阀的启闭件是塞形的阀瓣,密封面呈平面或锥面,密封面与阀体材料相同。这种截止阀密封性好,密封面间磨擦力小,因此,被广泛地应用地各种工业管网中。但现有截止阀的密封结构在应用于高温腐蚀性介质的管道中时,高温腐蚀性介质会腐蚀密封面,使得截止阀密封性变差,产生泄漏,影响截止阀的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种耐高温、耐腐蚀的截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,它设置在截止阀阀瓣、阀座之间;所述阀瓣接在阀杆的下端,阀座嵌装在阀体内;其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣凸形球形密封面与阀座凹形球形密封面紧密配合,形成球形密封面密封;所述阀瓣凸形球形密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层;所述阀座凹形球形密封面上设有合金金属层。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述耐腐蚀复合层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述合金金属层为硬质合金金属层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、采用球形密封面密封,密封面积大,密封效果好。
2、阀瓣凸形球形密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层,阀座凹形球形密封面上设有合金金属层,使得密封结构不仅耐腐蚀,而且耐高温,介质温度可达到600℃。
3、阀座凹形球形密封面上设有硬质合金金属层,显著提高阀座密封面的耐磨性。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,它设置在截止阀阀瓣3、阀座2之间;阀瓣3连接在阀杆4的下端,阀座2嵌装在阀体1内;阀瓣3凸形球形密封面与阀座2凹形球形密封面紧密配合,形成球形密封面密封;阀瓣3凸形球形密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层6,本实施例中,耐腐蚀复合层6为聚四氟乙烯复合层;阀座2凹形球形密封面上设有合金金属层5,本实施例中,合金金属层5为硬质合金金属层,焊接在阀座2上。

1.一种截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,它设置在截止阀阀瓣(3)、阀座(2)之间;所述阀瓣(3)连接在阀杆(4)的下端,阀座(2)嵌装在阀体(1)内;其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)凸形球形密封面与阀座(2)凹形球形密封面紧密配合,形成球形密封面密封;所述阀瓣(3)凸形球形密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层(6);所述阀座(2)凹形球形密封面上设有合金金属层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀复合层(6)为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的截止阀耐高温、耐腐蚀密封结构,其特征在于:所述合金金属层(5)为硬质合金金属层。
