本发明公开了一种耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆、阀座、压缩弹簧Ⅰ和操作机构;阀盖固定连接在阀体上部;阀杆竖置、安装在阀盖中,下端伸入阀体中部空腔中,与中部空腔中的阀瓣连接;阀座设置在阀瓣下部,固定连接在阀体中部空腔中,阀瓣、阀座上设有可以密封配合的密封面;压缩弹簧Ⅰ设置在阀瓣与阀盖下端面之间;阀瓣、阀座之间密封面为可以相互结合的球形密封面;进一步改进在于:阀瓣浮动连接在阀杆下端;阀体液体通道内壁设有耐腐蚀层。本发明耐高压,耐腐蚀,可靠耐用,使用寿命长。

耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别涉及一种快关阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的快关阀一般是在普通阀门上加装气动或液压、电动操作机构而成,其结构往往包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆及设在阀盖支架上的操作机构等几部分。现有技术的快关阀中阀瓣、阀座之间密封面为平面,这种密封结构制造简单,但受到制造精度的限制,阀瓣、阀座之间的密封面无法实现紧密结合,使得现有技术的快关阀密封性不好,耐压低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能使阀瓣、阀座之间的密封面紧密结合,显著提高密封可靠性和耐压性能的耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀瓣、阀杆、阀座、压缩弹簧Ⅰ和操作机构;所述阀盖固定连接在阀体上部;所述阀杆竖置、安装在阀盖中,下端伸入阀体中部空腔中,与中部空腔中的阀瓣连接;所述阀座设置在阀瓣下部,固定连接在阀体中部空腔中,阀瓣、阀座上设有可以密封配合的密封面;所述压缩弹簧Ⅰ设置在阀瓣与阀盖下端面之间;其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣、阀座之间密封面为可以相互结合的球形密封面。
上述结构中,所述阀瓣浮动连接在阀杆下端。
上述结构中,所述阀体液体通道内壁设有耐腐蚀层。
上述结构中,所述耐腐蚀层为聚四氟乙烯层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、阀瓣、阀座之间密封面为可以相互结合的球形密封面,阀瓣、阀座之间通过球形密封面密封,能使阀瓣、阀座之间的密封面紧密结合,显著提高密封可靠性和耐压性能。
2、阀瓣浮动连接在阀杆下端,可增加阀瓣的灵活性,可使阀瓣、阀座之间的密封面更紧密结合,进一步提高密封可靠性和耐压性能。
3、阀体液体通道内壁设有耐腐蚀层,可显著增强本发明的耐腐蚀性能。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀瓣3、阀杆4、阀座7、压缩弹簧Ⅰ8和操作机构5;阀盖2固定连接在阀体1上部;阀杆4竖置、安装在阀盖2中,下端伸入阀体1中部空腔1.1中,与中部空腔1.1中的阀瓣3浮动连接;阀座7设置在阀瓣3下部,固定连接在阀体1中部空腔1.1中,阀瓣3、阀座7上设有可以密封配合的密封面;压缩弹簧Ⅰ8设置在阀瓣3与阀盖2下端面之间;阀瓣3、阀座7之间密封面为可以相互结合的球形密封面。
阀体1液体通道内壁设有耐腐蚀层,本实施例中,耐腐蚀层为聚四氟乙烯层。

1.一种耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、阀瓣(3)、阀杆(4)、阀座(7)、压缩弹簧Ⅰ(8)和操作机构(5);所述阀盖(2)固定连接在阀体(1)上部;所述阀杆(4)竖置、安装在阀盖(2)中,下端伸入阀体(1)中部空腔(1.1)中,与中部空腔(1.1)中的阀瓣(3)连接;所述阀座(7)设置在阀瓣(3)下部,固定连接在阀体(1)中部空腔(1.1)中,阀瓣(3)、阀座(7)上设有可以密封配合的密封面;所述压缩弹簧Ⅰ(8)设置在阀瓣(3)与阀盖(2)下端面之间;其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)、阀座(7)之间密封面为可以相互结合的球形密封面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(3)浮动连接在阀杆(4)下端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)液体通道内壁设有耐腐蚀层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐高压抗腐蚀快关阀,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层为聚四氟乙烯层。
