本实用新型涉及一种轻质免饰快装墙板，属于建筑材料领域，所述的轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：包括芯层板、敷面板和饰面层，芯层板的上下两面复合连接敷面板，敷面板的外边面设置有饰面层。本实用新型制作简单，使用方便，将芯层板、敷面板和饰面层复合在一起构成墙体的基本单元，并通过子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨进行连接，可方便的组成需要的墙体。因为直接将敷面板和饰面层与芯层板复合在一起省去了既保证了墙体的强度又节省了后期装饰的时间，方便快捷。子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨在对接时可做到无缝连接，保证隔音效果的前提下，又不影响装饰美观，还能提高工人的施工效率。

背景技术
建筑墙材的发展趋势分为五个层次，即非粘土制品替代粘土制品；空心制品替代实心制品；大块替代小块；板材替代大块；多功能复合材料替代单一功能材料。建筑装饰一体化的多功能复合快装墙板是建筑墙材发展的终极理论。
目前的建筑发展主要是框架式建筑，传统隔墙板种类很多，但都存在着一个共性的使用问题，即安装连接困难和连接部位容易裂缝，不仅影响隔音性能，而且影响装饰美观效果。随着工人工资的不断攀高，低效率的安装施工费用在工程中成本占有率比重越来越大。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可以克服上述缺陷的轻质免饰快装墙板，具有环保、节材、舒适、高效快捷、标准化的显著特点，可广泛用于框架建筑和集成建筑的内隔墙。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：所述的轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：包括芯层板、敷面板和饰面层，芯层板的上下两面复合连接敷面板，敷面板的外边面设置有饰面层。
所述的芯层板的四周设置有子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨。
所述的芯层板的两端设置有子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨。
所述的子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨上设置有长槽，长槽紧固的套在敷面板的边缘位置。可更加紧密的紧固敷面板，保证墙体的可靠度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1所示，轻质免饰快装墙板，包括芯层板1、敷面板2和饰面层3，芯层板1的上下两面复合连接敷面板2，敷面板2的外边面设置有饰面层3。芯层板1的两端设置有子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨4。子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨4上设置有长槽5，长槽5紧固的套在敷面板2的边缘位置。可更加紧密的紧固敷面板2，保证墙体的可靠度。
子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨4可以是金属材料的不锈钢、铝合金，也可以是塑料、热塑PVC、热固塑料FRP或木塑等。
饰面层3为带有装饰图文的纸或膜及涂层等，如Pu、PVC饰面纸、印刷喷涂饰面层。
敷面板2可以是木质或无机石膏板、镁板、硅酸钙板、水泥板等。
芯层板1的填料层可以是无机矿棉、岩棉、玻璃棉、硅酸铝，也可以是有机泡沫、Pu、XPS、EPS、PF等，或纸、铝蜂窝材料等。
实施例：
芯层板1为纸面石膏板与玻璃棉的夹心复合板，规格为长×宽×厚＝3000×1200×100mm，饰面为Pu饰纸，子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨4为不锈钢，测试性能如下：
1.耐火极限1.2h；
2.隔声为40dB；
3.环保型：甲醛释放量≤0.1mg/L，E1级，GB/T8580；
4.导热系数：≤0.05W/M.K；
比传统的轻钢龙骨填充玻璃棉、手工安装石膏板、刮腻子、贴壁纸的劳动效率提高100倍以上，而且饰面整洁漂亮，标准细致。
本实用新型提供的轻质免饰快装隔墙板，是建筑装饰一体化集成墙板，代表了墙体未来发展的趋势和终极理论。

1.一种轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：包括芯层板、敷面板和饰面层，芯层板的上下两面复合连接敷面板，敷面板的外边面设置有饰面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：所述的芯层板的四周设置有子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：所述的芯层板的两端设置有子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的轻质免饰快装墙板，其特征在于：所述的子母扣式凹凸连接龙骨上设置有长槽，长槽紧固的套在敷面板的边缘位置。
