本实用新型属于建筑材料制品，具体涉及到多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，主要由多种材料拼接装的饰面层、粘接层及保温隔热层复合构成，保温隔热层位于饰面层背后。两者之间复合一层粘接层。饰面层可采用石材、瓷砖、陶板、塑料、塑木、玻璃、纤维水泥板、金属板材等组合在一起使用，由小块板材拼接组合成大块板材，小块板材可以是规则或不规则形状。保温隔热层可选用发泡聚氨酯、挤塑聚苯、普通聚苯或改性酚醛等保温材料，本实用新型提高了材料的利用率，节约资源、美观、实用、价格合理、安全性好、有利环保等诸多优点，应用领域广泛，可用于内、外墙装饰。

背景技术
采用石材饰面板作为建筑物、室内外的装饰，具有质量高档，效果自然，耐久性好的特点，已被广泛应用。
目前，用于建筑外墙的石材饰面板多采用干挂石材工艺与墙体连接，例如销式连接、背栓式连接。用于内墙的石材饰面板多采用挂贴法与墙体连接。不管用于外墙还是内墙的石材饰面板均为单纯的天然石料加工而成，成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服已有技术的不足之处，提供一种多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，具有安全性好、美观、实用、性能优良、价格合理、节约资源、有利环保等诸多优点。
本实用新型多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板主要由饰面层及保温隔热层复合构成，保温隔热层位于饰面层背后。两者之间为一层粘接层。也可以在保温隔热层背面再复合一层铝板保护层。饰面层可采用石材、瓷砖、陶板、塑料、塑木、玻璃、纤维水泥板、金属板材等组合在一起使用，由小块板材拼接组合成大块板材，小块板材可以是规则或不规则形状。保温隔热层可选用发泡聚氨酯、挤塑聚苯、普通聚苯或改性酚醛等保温材料，将轻质、高强、高韧性、耐水、保温、易于加工等性能集于一体。
饰面层的厚度可在2-20mm之间，保温隔热层的厚度可在8-150mm之间，保护层的厚度在0.1-1.0mm之间。
本实用新型由于采用多种材料拼接提高了材料的利用率，节约资源、美观、实用、价格合理、安全性好、有利环保等诸多优点，应用领域广泛，可用于内、外墙装饰，具有广泛的推广前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进一步加以说明：
实施例一
为四层结构的多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，单片板材尺寸为1200X1200mm。其表层为石材饰面层1，厚度为10mm左右；石材饰面层并不是整块的石材，而是由12块300X300mm的小块石材板拼接而成。石材饰面层1背面复合一层粘接层2，材料为胶粘剂；再复合一层挤塑聚苯保温隔热层3，其厚度为40mm左右；保温隔热层3背面复合一层铝板保护层4，其厚度为0.15mm。
实施例二
为三层结构的多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，单片板材尺寸为1200X600。饰面层1并不是整块的材料，而是由2块600X300mm的小块石材板和2块600X300mm的小块瓷板拼接而成。其表层为饰面层1，其厚度为8mm左右；该饰面层1背面复合一层粘结层2，粘接材料为有机胶；再复合一层改性酚醛保温隔热层3，其厚度为20mm。
实施例三
为二层结构的多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，单片板材尺寸为1200X1200mm。饰面层1并不是整块的材料，而是由4块300X300mm的小块石材板、4块300X300mm的小块瓷板、4块300X300mm的小块金属板和4块300X300mm的小块塑料板拼接而成。其表层为饰面层1，各种饰面材料厚度为2mm至6mm不等；该饰面层1背面复合一层发泡聚氨脂保温隔热层3，其厚度为30mm。

Claims (2)

1.多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，其特征在于主要由多种材料拼接的饰面层、粘接层及保温隔热层三层复合构成，或者由多种材料拼接的饰面层和保温隔热层两层复合而成，或者在保温隔热层背面再复合一层铝板保护层共四层组合，保温隔热层位于饰面层背后，两者之间为一层粘结层，饰面层采用石材、瓷砖、陶板、塑料、塑木、玻璃、纤维水泥板、金属板材单独或组合在一起使用，由小块板材拼接组合成大块板材，小块板材为规则或不规则形状，保温隔热层选用发泡聚氨酯、挤塑聚苯、普通聚苯或改性酚醛保温材料，粘结层材料为胶粘剂或有机胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的多种材料拼接饰面保温复合板，其特征在于，所说的饰面层的厚度在2-20mm之间，保温隔热层的厚度在8-150mm之间，保护层的厚度在0.1-1.0mm  之间。
