本发明提供了一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置,包括阀体、右上阀板、右下阀板、右阀杆、左阀杆、左上阀杆、左下阀杆、左换向油缸、右换向油缸,阀体的阀腔分为上腔、下腔、中右腔、中左腔,中右腔内设置右上阀板和右下阀板,且与右阀杆固定连接,中左腔内设置左上阀板和左下阀板,且与左阀杆固定连接,所述左换向油缸和右换向油缸分别与左阀杆和右阀杆单独连接,所述左阀杆与右阀杆底端面开有凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌卡槽端盖,卡槽端盖通过紧固件与阀板连接。本发明其左阀杆与右阀杆互不干涉,可靠性高,且可以有效的避免了阀板松动及脱落现象,安全性能高。

一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种蓄热式工业炉窑中使用的高性能换向阀。
背景技术
目前,蓄热式工业炉窑中使用的高性能换向阀,左阀杆与右阀杆之间通过杠杆连接,来实现同步驱动,这种结构容易出现杠杆卡死现象;阀杆与阀板通过螺纹连接后通常采用螺母拧紧来防止阀板松动,由于换向时间快、动作频率高,经常容易才造成螺母松动后阀板脱落,可靠性低,安全性能差。
发明内容
为了克服现有蓄热式加热炉换向装置的上述缺点,本发明提供一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置,其左阀杆与右阀杆通过左、右油缸分别控制,互不干涉,可靠性高;且左、右阀杆底断面开有凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌有卡槽端盖,再将卡槽端盖固定在阀板上,有效的避免了阀板松动及脱落现象,安全性能高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置,包括阀体、右上阀板、右下阀板、右阀杆、左阀杆、左上阀杆、左下阀杆、左换向油缸、右换向油缸,阀体的阀腔分为上腔、下腔、中右腔、中左腔,中右腔内设置右上阀板和右下阀板,且与右阀杆固定连接,中左腔内设置左上阀板和左下阀板,且与左阀杆固定连接,所述左换向油缸和右换向油缸分别与左阀杆和右阀杆单独连接,所述左阀杆与右阀杆底端面开有凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌卡槽端盖,卡槽端盖通过紧固件与阀板连接。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、左换向油缸和右换向油缸分别与左阀杆和右阀杆单独连接,可阀杆的独立控制,互不干涉,安全性高;
2、阀杆与右阀杆底端面开有凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌卡槽端盖,卡槽端盖通过紧固件与阀体连接,确保阀板在长期的运动过程中不会脱落,可靠性高,安全性好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置,包括阀体3、右上阀板5、右下阀板7、右阀杆2、左阀杆12、左上阀杆11、左下阀杆9、左换向油缸13、右换向油缸1,阀体的阀腔分为上腔4、下腔8、中右腔6、中左腔10,中右腔6内设置右上阀5板和右下阀板7,且与右阀杆2固定连接,中左腔10内设置左上阀板11和左下阀板9,且与左阀杆12固定连接,所述左换向油缸13和右换向油缸1分别与左阀杆12和右阀杆2单独连接,如图2所示,左阀杆12底端面开有凹槽14,凹槽14内镶嵌卡槽端盖15,卡槽端盖15通过螺栓16与左下阀板9连接,右阀杆2与左阀杆12的上述结构均一样。

1.一种高安全性蓄热式加热炉换向装置,包括阀体、右上阀板、右下阀板、右阀杆、左阀杆、左上阀杆、左下阀杆、左换向油缸、右换向油缸,阀体的阀腔分为上腔、下腔、中右腔、中左腔,中右腔内设置右上阀板和右下阀板,且与右阀杆固定连接,中左腔内设置左上阀板和左下阀板,且与左阀杆固定连接,其特征在于:所述左换向油缸和右换向油缸分别与左阀杆和右阀杆单独连接,所述左阀杆与右阀杆底端面开有凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌卡槽端盖,卡槽端盖通过紧固件与阀板连接。
