Abstract

本发明提供一种刮胶工具,属于光伏硅锭粘接技术领域。本发明刮胶工具,采用的技术方案为:一种刮胶工具包括U型槽、翼板和导流板,所述翼板与所述U型槽的两侧板相连且向U型槽的外侧倾斜,所述导流板与所述U型槽的底板呈锐角。本发明刮胶工具使用时,将U型槽卡入装有树脂胶玻璃导流槽内,通过导流板使树脂胶得到及时处理,两侧的翼板形成树脂胶的临时存储容器,每次操作完成后将刮胶工具的树脂胶清理掉,提高玻璃导流槽内树脂胶的导流效果,从而有效的排除粘接过程中所产生的气泡,能避免树脂胶因操作时间长而初始固化,使得树脂胶的粘接强度降低,最终影响到硅锭的粘接效果。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏硅锭粘接技术领域,尤其涉及一种清理玻璃导流槽内树脂胶的刮胶工具。
背景技术
在硅锭切片加工过程中,硅锭粘接是硅材料切割加工前的一道关键工序,硅锭粘接时,通常使用树脂胶将玻璃垫条和硅锭粘接,树脂胶一般由环氧树脂和固化剂双组份组成,其使用前按一定比例进行混合。在涂胶粘接过程中,会产生气泡进入粘胶面。其气泡在粘接过程中会翻转到硅锭表面,受到压力后,其体积变小,气泡内压强极大。在切割过程中会产生粘胶面的硅落、亮边等不良。采用开槽玻璃,通过加压将气泡排除,成为粘接领域中的一种新方案。
在涂胶过程中势必会有许多树脂胶进入排气槽内,如何将槽内的树脂胶便捷的清理,将影响到排气的效果和粘接效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种便捷清理导流槽内树脂胶的刮胶工具。本发明刮胶工具,采用的技术方案为:一种刮胶工具包括U型槽、翼板和导流板,所述翼板与所述U型槽的两侧板相连且向U型槽的外侧倾斜,所述导流板与所述U型槽的底板呈锐角。
本发明刮胶工具使用时,将U型槽卡入装有树脂胶玻璃导流槽内,通过导流板使树脂胶得到及时处理,两侧的翼板形成树脂胶的临时存储容器,每次操作完成后将刮胶工具的树脂胶清理掉,提高玻璃导流槽内树脂胶的导流效果,从而有效的排除粘接过程中所产生的气泡,能避免树脂胶因操作时间长而初始固化,使得树脂胶的粘接强度降低,最终影响到硅锭的粘接效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图所示,本发明刮胶工具包括U型槽1、翼板3和导流板2,所述翼板与所述U型槽的两侧板相连且向U型槽的外侧倾斜,所述导流板与所述U型槽的底板呈锐角。
刮胶工具U型槽的高度,高于玻璃导流槽的高度,U型槽的宽度,小于玻璃导流槽的宽度,刮胶工具的导流板,导流板与所述U型槽的底板之间的锐角为15°~30°,能有效的导入树脂胶。刮胶工具包括手柄4,所述手柄与所述U型槽连接,与两翼板形成一个整体,便于操作时的抓握,同时也成为树脂胶的临时存储容器。
通过刮胶工具清理玻璃导流槽内的树脂胶,能够提高玻璃导流槽内树脂胶的导流效果,从而有效的排除粘接过程中所产生的气泡,其关键点在于整过操作的过程便捷,能避免树脂胶因操作时间长而初始固化,使得树脂胶的粘接强度降低,最终影响到硅锭的粘接效果。

1.一种刮胶工具,其特征在于:包括U型槽、翼板和导流板,所述翼板与所述U型槽的两侧板相连且向U型槽的外侧倾斜,所述导流板与所述U型槽的底板呈锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述刮胶工具,其特征在于:所述锐角为15°~30°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述刮胶工具,其特征在于:包括手柄,所述手柄与所述U型槽连接,与两翼板形成一个整体。
