Abstract

一种磨料装置及其刀盘。刀盘（122）包括多个同心的环状结构（125），各环状结构具有多个磨搓区（121），且相邻的磨搓区之间设有至少一个坡道（127），其沿刀盘的法线延伸，并朝刀盘的外缘的方向逐渐升高。磨料装置（100）使用该刀盘。该磨料装置适用于造纸工业，可藉由两刀盘之间的机械作用力有效地对草本植物的纤维进行解纤或帚化，因而无须使用化学药剂，符合现代的环保概念。
