一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,其十列气缸对称平衡布局成五个对动列,且三个对动列通过低压侧曲轴驱动,两个对动列通过高压侧曲轴驱动;所述低压侧曲轴设置在低压侧机身内,高压侧曲轴设置在高压侧机身内,双输出轴驱动电机设置在低压侧机身和高压侧机身之间同轴驱动高、低压侧曲轴;所述低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴上每一对动列两曲拐的错位角为180°,所述低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴上同一侧各列之间两曲拐的错位角为72°,使同一侧五个曲拐错位角呈圆周均布。本发明可同时满足甲醇和合成氨高、低压二种工艺流程的要求,既节省了投资,又降低了生产成本。

煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机
技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,特别涉及一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,同时满足甲醇和合成氨二种工艺流程。
背景技术
焦炉气和兰炭尾气制取甲醇、合成氨以及LNG等这些化工产品的设计及生产技术已经十分成熟,在这项技术中使用的关键设备是焦炉气和兰炭气压缩机。焦炉气和兰炭气一般压力在0.03MPa,在压缩机中压力提高到0.8~1.2MPa后,经过净化等工艺,再将压力提高到5.5MPa后制成甲醇,压力提高到15~26MPa后制成合成氨等。
传统制取甲醇和合成氨的生产工艺需要两台高、低压压缩机来完成,低压压缩机将焦炉气经净化压缩到5.5MPa制成甲醇,使用高压压缩机再加压到15~26MPa后制成合成氨,对于处理10万m3/h焦炉气,按照我国目前最大的压缩机处理量,低压压缩机需要4台左右,而高压压缩机也需要4台左右,按照连续生产的要求,需要备用压缩机,如果按照4开1备的工艺流程,即需要10台压缩机。另外,在一个流程使用低压压缩机和高压压缩机,需要分别建立低、高压压缩机厂房,投资大,管理费用高,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:设计一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,同时满足甲醇和合成氨高、低压二种工艺流程的要求,既节省了投资,又降低了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,包括Ⅰ级气缸A、Ⅰ级气缸B、Ⅰ级气缸C、Ⅱ级气缸A、Ⅱ级气缸B、Ⅲ级气缸、Ⅴ级气缸、Ⅳ级气缸、Ⅵ级气缸、Ⅶ级气缸,及双输出轴驱动电机、低压侧机身、高压侧机身、低压侧曲轴、高压侧曲轴;所述双输出轴驱动电机设置在低压侧机身和高压侧机身之间,低压侧曲轴设置在低压侧机身内,高压侧曲轴设置在高压侧机身内,且低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴均由双输出轴驱动电机同轴驱动;所述低压侧曲轴上具有六个曲拐,Ⅰ级气缸A、Ⅰ级气缸B、Ⅰ级气缸C、Ⅱ级气缸A、Ⅱ级气缸B、Ⅲ级气缸的活塞杆分别通过十字头、连杆与所述六个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅰ级气缸A与Ⅱ级气缸A为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸B与Ⅱ级气缸B为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸C与Ⅲ级气缸为对动列;所述高压侧曲轴上具有四个曲拐,Ⅴ级气缸、Ⅳ级气缸、Ⅵ级气缸、Ⅶ级气缸的活塞杆分别通过十字头、连杆与所述四个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅴ级气缸与Ⅳ级气缸为对动列,Ⅵ级气缸与Ⅶ级气缸为对动列;
所述对动列为对称平衡式布局,且活塞往复运动质量相等;所述低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴上每一对动列两曲拐的错位角为180°,所述低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴上同一侧各列之间两曲拐的错位角为72°,使同一侧五个曲拐错位角呈圆周均布。
所述Ⅰ级气缸气缸A、Ⅰ级气缸气缸B、Ⅰ级气缸气缸C均设置在低压侧曲轴的同一侧。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点是:
1、本发明驱动电机置于高、低压侧之间,通过双输出轴同轴驱动低压侧曲轴和高压侧曲轴,缩短了曲轴的长度,提高了曲轴的刚性,改善了曲轴的加工工艺,降低了成本。
2、低压侧三列Ⅰ级气缸位于曲轴的同一侧,共用同一缓冲器,既简化了管道的布局,减少了缓冲器的容积,又减少了气流脉动的影响。
3、十列气缸对称平衡布局成五个对动列,并使同一侧五个曲拐错位角呈圆周均布,实现了活塞受力均匀,惯性力自动平衡,机器运转平稳,运转可靠性高。
4、甲醇、合成氨的工艺流程可以在一个整体压缩机中完成,既可以满足甲醇和合成氨两种工艺流程,也可以单独用于其中一种工艺流程,使用灵活,节省投资,节约运行费用,降低生产成本。

下面结合图1、2对本发明进行进一步的阐述。
一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,包括Ⅰ级气缸A1、Ⅰ级气缸B2、Ⅰ级气缸C3、Ⅱ级气缸A4、Ⅱ级气缸B5、Ⅲ级气缸6、Ⅴ级气缸7、Ⅳ级气缸8、Ⅵ级气缸9、Ⅶ级气缸10,及双输出轴驱动电机12、低压侧机身13、高压侧机身14、低压侧曲轴15、高压侧曲轴16;所述双输出轴驱动电机12设置在低压侧机身13和高压侧机身14之间,低压侧曲轴15设置在低压侧机身13内,高压侧曲轴16设置在高压侧机身14内,且低压侧曲轴15和高压侧曲轴16均由双输出轴驱动电机12同轴驱动;所述低压侧曲轴15上具有六个曲拐,Ⅰ级气缸A1、Ⅰ级气缸B2、Ⅰ级气缸C3、Ⅱ级气缸A4、Ⅱ级气缸B5、Ⅲ级气缸6的活塞杆分别通过十字头17、连杆18与所述六个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅰ级气缸A1与Ⅱ级气缸A4为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸B2与Ⅱ级气缸B5为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸C3与Ⅲ级气缸6为对动列;所述高压侧曲轴16上具有四个曲拐,Ⅴ级气缸7、Ⅳ级气缸8、Ⅵ级气缸9、Ⅶ级气缸10的活塞杆分别通过十字头17、连杆18与所述四个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅴ级气缸7与Ⅳ级气缸8为对动列,Ⅵ级气缸9与Ⅶ级气缸10为对动列;
所述每一对动列均为对称平衡式布局,且活塞往复运动质量相等,使一阶惯性力和二阶惯性力均得到完全的平衡;所述低压侧曲轴15和高压侧曲轴16上每一对动列两曲拐的错位角为180°,所述低压侧曲轴15和高压侧曲轴16上同一侧各列之间两曲拐的错位角为72°,使同一侧五个曲拐错位角呈圆周均布,实现了活塞受力均匀,惯性力自动平衡,机器运转平稳,运转可靠性高。所述Ⅰ级气缸A1、Ⅰ级气缸B2、Ⅰ级气缸C3均设置在低压侧曲轴15的同一侧,共用同一缓冲器,以简化管道的布局,减少进气缓冲器的容积和气流脉动。
本发明单机排气量为400~700m3/min,进气压力为0.03Mpa,排气压力为14~26Mpa,对于处理10万m3/h焦炉气或者兰炭尾气,需要4台即3开1备就能满足需要,节省了前期的投资,也减少了运行费用,降低了生产成本;工作时焦炉气或者兰炭尾气自低压侧Ⅰ级气缸进气,依次经过Ⅰ级气缸、Ⅱ级气缸、Ⅲ级气缸压缩至5.5MPa左右制成甲醇,然后依次经过高压侧Ⅴ级气缸、Ⅳ级气缸、Ⅵ级气缸、Ⅶ级气缸压缩再加压到14~26MPa后制成合成氨。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,本领域的技术人员可以根据本发明工作原理和上述实施例,做出各种等同的修改、等同的替换,从而构成更多新的实施例,且均应包括在本发明权利要求范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,其特征是:
所述大型往复压缩机包括Ⅰ级气缸A(1)、Ⅰ级气缸B(2)、Ⅰ级气缸C(3)、Ⅱ级气缸A(4)、Ⅱ级气缸B(5)、Ⅲ级气缸(6)、Ⅴ级气缸(7)、Ⅳ级气缸(8)、Ⅵ级气缸(9)、Ⅶ级气缸(10),及双输出轴驱动电机(12)、低压侧机身(13)、高压侧机身(14)、低压侧曲轴(15)、高压侧曲轴(16);所述双输出轴驱动电机(12)设置在低压侧机身(13)和高压侧机身(14)之间,低压侧曲轴(15)设置在低压侧机身(13)内,高压侧曲轴(16)设置在高压侧机身(14)内,且低压侧曲轴(15)和高压侧曲轴(16)均由双输出轴驱动电机(12)同轴驱动;所述低压侧曲轴(15)上具有六个曲拐,Ⅰ级气缸A(1)、Ⅰ级气缸B(2)、Ⅰ级气缸C(3)、Ⅱ级气缸A(4)、Ⅱ级气缸B(5)、Ⅲ级气缸(6)的活塞杆分别通过十字头(17)、连杆(18)与所述六个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅰ级气缸A(1)与Ⅱ级气缸A(4)为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸B(2)与Ⅱ级气缸B(5)为对动列,Ⅰ级气缸C(3)与Ⅲ级气缸(6)为对动列;所述高压侧曲轴(16)上具有四个曲拐,Ⅴ级气缸(7)、Ⅳ级气缸(8)、Ⅵ级气缸(9)、Ⅶ级气缸(10)的活塞杆分别通过十字头(17)、连杆(18)与所述四个曲拐一一对应连接,且Ⅴ级气缸(7)与Ⅳ级气缸(8)为对动列,Ⅵ级气缸(9)与Ⅶ级气缸(10)为对动列;
各所述对动列为对称平衡式布局,且活塞往复运动质量相等;所述低压侧曲轴(15)和高压侧曲轴(16)上每一对动列两曲拐的错位角为180°,所述Ⅰ级气缸A(1)、Ⅰ级气缸B(2)、Ⅰ级气缸C(3)、Ⅳ级气缸(8)、Ⅵ级气缸(9)对应的五个曲拐错位角为72°呈圆周均布;Ⅱ级气缸A(4)、Ⅱ级气缸B(5)、Ⅲ级气缸(6)、Ⅴ级气缸(7)、Ⅶ级气缸(10)对应的五个曲拐错位角为72°呈圆周均布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤化工用高低压一体式十列对称平衡大型往复压缩机,其特征是:所述Ⅰ级气缸气缸A(1)、Ⅰ级气缸气缸B(2)、Ⅰ级气缸气缸C(3)均设置在低压侧曲轴(15)的同一侧。
