Abstract

本发明涉及了邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂III,采用钼酸钠、柠檬酸钠、亚硫酸钠、丁二酸、醋酸镍等物品通过一定的比例溶解混合均匀而成,合成的钝化膜提高了镀层的耐蚀性能,同时赋予镀层黑亮均匀的军绿色钝化膜。

技术领域
本发明涉及邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂III,尤其涉及邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂的成分、各成分的作用及配制方法。 
背景技术
邦迪管就是指直径在4.6-10.6mm的细钢管。主要用于汽车工业、制冷业、加热器制造工业中的油压表管路、燃油管路、刹车管路以及类似的装置,还可以广泛用于替代铜管,降低使用成本,邦迪管是用冷轧带钢薄板卷管、焊接、以氰化镀铜打底,铜层镀锌完成的。铜镀层在使用过程中起到保护邦迪管,减缓腐蚀基体的作用,并能够帮助完成焊接,所以邦迪管必须要表面覆铜。由于邦迪管对耐磨耐蚀性能要求较高,所以一般都采用军绿色钝化来满足其要求。传统的军绿色钝化工艺都是采用六价铬钝化,但是六价铬有剧毒,具有致癌致畸的危害。根据GB-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》,对Pd、Hg、Cd、Cr6+、聚溴二苯醚和聚溴联苯等6种第一类污染物的排放标准有了更低的限制,欧盟于2006年7月1日起实施的《关于在电子电气设备中禁止使用某些有害物质指令》(ROHS),禁止欧盟市场上投放的电子和电器设备中含六价铬等6种有害物质,所以环保型的产品替代六价铬钝化成为迫切要求。 
环保型的钝化主要采用三价铬和无铬钝化两个方向。三价铬钝化剂如:邦迪管三价铬军绿色钝化剂ZL201210147166.7,其适用于铁基体或铜基体,但三价铬有一定的毒性,因此并不满足无毒环保的要求。无铬钝化体系有钛酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、稀土、硅酸盐,近年来无铬钝化的钝化膜无毒环保,耐蚀性和外观都有很大的提高,满足了普通五金件电镀要求,所以无铬钝化工艺在工业上有广泛的应用前景。 
目前钼酸盐无铬军绿色钝化体系在铁基体上的钝化膜发灰、发黑,军绿色显示浅、少,而在铜基体或铜镀层镀锌后进行钝化,钝化膜有明显的军绿色,因此本邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂III适用于铜基体或铜镀层镀锌后进行钝化,钝化膜颗粒均匀细密,。 
发明内容
本发明为了提高镀锌层钝化膜无毒环保,同时使钝化液中不含有Cr6+、Cr3+而发明了邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂III。 
本发明采用钼酸钠、柠檬酸钠、亚硫酸钠、丁二酸、醋酸镍等物品组成邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂III。 
本发明的具体制备方法包括如下顺序的步骤: 
a.将计算量的钼酸钠倒入少量水中,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
b.将计算量的柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠缓慢加入,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
c.将计算量的丁二酸倒入,搅拌均匀; 
d.将计算量的醋酸镍缓慢加入,迅速搅拌,使其充分溶解; 
e.将计算量的水(电导率<5us/cm)定容后,静置10分钟,用硝酸调pH在2~2.5范围内。 
本发明所得邦迪管镀锌无铬军绿色钝化剂II,为澄清呈浅绿色的液体。 
实验说明 
本发明通过铜基体或铜镀层镀锌后进行无铬军绿色钝化液中实施钝化处理,经过不同时间的处理后,观察镀层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验测定其耐蚀性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1 
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下: 
钼酸钠15g/L,醋酸镍20g/L,柠檬酸钠10g/L,亚硫酸钠10g/L,丁二酸10g/L。 
a.将15g/L的钼酸钠倒入少量水中,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
b.将10g/L的柠檬酸钠和10g/L的亚硫酸钠缓慢加入,搅拌使其充分溶解; 
c.将10g/L的丁二酸倒入,搅拌均匀; 
d.将20g/L的醋酸镍缓慢加入,迅速搅拌,使其充分溶解; 
e.将计算量的水(电导率<5us/cm)定容后,静置10分钟,用硝酸调pH在2.0范围内。 
f.配制通用的低氰镀锌溶液,并调整pH值,进行电镀。 
g.一定时间后取出试样,在3%的硝酸中出光后进行钝化处理,钝化时间为10s。

1.邦迪管镀锌无铬军彩色钝化剂III,其特征在于钝化剂的原料组成如下:含钼酸钠10~20g/L、柠檬酸钠5~15g/L、亚硫酸钠10~20g/L、丁二酸5~15g/L、醋酸镍10~20g/L,其余为水(电导率<5us/cm);邦迪管镀锌无铬军彩色钝化剂III使用时pH值维持在2~2.5范围内。
