本发明公开了一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯醇橡胶(T3100)10-15、三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)60-62、、氧化锌2-3、硬脂酸3-4、防老剂4010 1-2、石棉粉3-4、聚磷酸铵2-3、N220炭黑30-35、轻质碳酸钙15-18、防老剂4010 1-3、硫磺0.3-0.5、促进剂TMTD1-1.2、氧化镁1-2、改性凹凸棒土12-15;本发明添加改性凹凸棒土,改善了胶料的工艺性能,使用环保型配合剂,减少其毒副作用和对环境的污染;本发明橡胶密封圈具有良好的耐氧化性能,经久耐用,而且具有良好的耐油性,成本低。

一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶复合材料加工领域,特别是一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈及其制备方法。
背景技术
电容器通常简称为电容,是电子设备中大量使用的电子元件之一,广泛应用于电路的隔直通交、耦合、旁路、滤波、调谐回路、能量转换、控制等方面。电容器由壳体、电容芯子、端盖及接线端子组成,电容器壳体内装有浸渍介质,浸渍介质一般为植物油或矿物油,电容器的密封部位均设有密封垫或密封圈,由于电容器的工作环境千差万别,有的电容器需要在恶劣的环境下工作,电容器密封垫需要耐高温、耐寒、耐酸碱、耐盐雾等有不同要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯醇橡胶(T3100)10-15、三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)60-62、、氧化锌2-3、硬脂酸3-4、防老剂40101-2、石棉粉3-4、聚磷酸铵2-3、N220炭黑30-35、轻质碳酸钙15-18、防老剂40101-3、硫磺0.3-0.5、促进剂TMTD1-1.2、氧化镁1-2、改性凹凸棒土12-15;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土20-24、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-4、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、粘土12-15、纳米二氧化钛3-4、氟化锆1-2、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、二茂铁1-2、促进剂TMTD1-2、氢氧化铝8-10、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇2-3、花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土混合放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
本发明所述耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,由以下具体步骤制成:将三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)、、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010加入密炼机中,加热至80-85℃,混炼3-5min;然后升温至130-150℃,再加入轻质碳酸钙、防老剂4010、硫磺、促进剂TMTD,混炼6-8min,再加入石棉粉、聚磷酸铵、N220炭黑继续混炼4-6min,加入其余剩余成分混炼6-8min,即得本发明橡胶料。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明添加改性凹凸棒土,改善了胶料的工艺性能,使用环保型配合剂,减少其毒副作用和对环境的污染;本发明橡胶密封圈具有良好的耐氧化性能,经久耐用,而且具有良好的耐油性,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氯醇橡胶(T3100)10、三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)60、氧化锌2、硬脂酸3、防老剂40101、石棉粉3、聚磷酸铵2、N220炭黑30、轻质碳酸钙15、防老剂40101、硫磺0.3、促进剂TMTD1、氧化镁1、改性凹凸棒土12;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:凹凸棒土20、甲苯二异氰酸酯3、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2、粘土12、纳米二氧化钛3、氟化锆1、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1、二茂铁1、促进剂TMTD1、氢氧化铝8、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇2、花椒籽油1;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土混合放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。本发明所述耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,由以下具体步骤制成:将三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)、、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010加入密炼机中,加热至80-85℃,混炼3-5min;然后升温至130-150℃,再加入轻质碳酸钙、防老剂4010、硫磺、促进剂TMTD,混炼6-8min,再加入石棉粉、聚磷酸铵、N220炭黑继续混炼4-6min,加入其余剩余成分混炼6-8min,即得本发明橡胶料。

从表中可以看出用本发明的橡胶密封圈产品,综合性能比较好。

1.一种耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯醇橡胶(T3100)10-15、三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)60-62、、氧化锌2-3、硬脂酸3-4、防老剂4010 1-2、石棉粉3-4、聚磷酸铵2-3、N220炭黑30-35、轻质碳酸钙15-18、防老剂4010 1-3、硫磺0.3-0.5、促进剂TMTD1-1.2、氧化镁1-2、改性凹凸棒土12-15;
所述改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土20-24、甲苯二异氰酸酯3-4、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、粘土12-15、纳米二氧化钛3-4、氟化锆1-2、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、二茂铁1-2、促进剂TMTD 1-2、氢氧化铝8-10、2- 氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇2-3、花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将凹凸棒土、粘土混合放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐氧化电容器橡胶密封圈,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:将三元乙丙橡胶(德国朗盛9650)、、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂4010 加入密炼机中,加热至80-85℃,混炼3-5min;然后升温至130-150℃,再加入轻质碳酸钙、防老剂4010 、硫磺、促进剂TMTD,混炼6-8min,再加入石棉粉、聚磷酸铵、N220炭黑继续混炼4-6min,加入其余剩余成分混炼6-8min,即得本发明橡胶料。
