Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:超高分子量聚乙烯78-105份、聚氯乙烯15-35份、聚烯烃10-18份、氟化石1.2-5份、白油0.6-1.5质量份,并提供其制备方法,经以上成分制备得到的抗静电的聚乙烯管材抗静电能力交过明显好于普通的聚乙烯管材。

一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于工程塑料技术领域,特别涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯具有其它工程塑料无法比拟的耐磨性、耐冲击性、耐化学药品、自润滑性能,在国民经济的各个领域,尤其是耐磨输送、设备衬里、各种机械零部件等方面的应用具有独特的优势,其产品的开发和应用具有广阔的前景,新应用领域的开发,正受到人们的关注。
但由于聚乙烯是典型的绝缘材料,由其制造的管材在使用过程中极易产生静电,因而影响了管材的实际应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材,并提供其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:

一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将配方量的超高分子量聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、氟化石墨、白油加入双螺杆挤出机中制得颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出管材,单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为125-155℃,模具的温度为156-175℃,模口温度为135-145℃。
本发明的有益效果为:聚氯乙烯具有阻燃(阻燃值为40以上)、耐化学药品性高(耐浓盐酸、浓度为90%的硫酸、浓度为60%的硝酸和浓度20%的氢氧化钠)、机械强度及电绝缘性良好的优点,聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-70~-100℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良,氟化石墨是重要的无机非金属材料,具有优良的润滑性,在干燥或潮湿高温时(400-500度)摩擦系数更小,使用寿命更长,经以上成分制备得到的抗静电的聚乙烯管材抗静电能力交过明显好于普通的聚乙烯管材。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实例一:
一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将重量份数为100份的超高分子量聚乙烯、25份的聚氯乙烯、12份的聚烯烃、1.5份的氟化石墨、1份的白油加入双螺杆挤出机中制得颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出管材,单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为135℃,模具的温度为165℃,模口温度为140℃。
实例二:
一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)将重量份数为90份的超高分子量聚乙烯、15份的聚氯乙烯、10份的聚烯烃、1.5份的氟化石墨、0.8份的白油加入双螺杆挤出机中制得颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出管材,单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为135℃,模具的温度为165℃,模口温度为140℃。
综上所述聚氯乙烯具有阻燃(阻燃值为40以上)、耐化学药品性高(耐浓盐酸、浓度为90%的硫酸、浓度为60%的硝酸和浓度20%的氢氧化钠)、机械强度及电绝缘性良好的优点,聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-70~-100℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良,氟化石墨是重要的无机非金属材料,具有优良的润滑性,在干燥或潮湿高温时(400-500度)摩擦系数更小,使用寿命更长,经以上成分制备得到的抗静电的聚乙烯管材抗静电能力交过明显好于普通的聚乙烯管材。

1.一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材,其特征为,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:
超高分子量聚乙烯   78-105份
聚氯乙烯           15-35份
聚烯烃             10-18份
氟化石墨           1.2-5份
白油               0.6-1 .5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材,其特征为,优选的,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:
超高分子量聚乙烯   100份
聚氯乙烯           25份
聚烯烃             12份
氟化石墨           1. 5份
白油               1份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种抗静电的聚乙烯管材的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法如下:
(1)将配方量的超高分子量聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚烯烃、氟化石墨、白油加入双螺杆挤出机中制得颗粒;
(2)将步骤(1)中制得的颗粒加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出管材,单螺杆挤出机机筒的温度为125-155℃,模具的温度为156-175℃,模口温度为135-145℃。
