技术领域
本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:石膏15-17、水泥50-60、苯乙烯泡沫颗粒20-30,玻化骨料10-20、粉煤灰10-20、气刀土4-6、陶粒3-5、纤维素醚2-4、触变润滑剂1-2、纳米膨润土13-15、生石灰4-6、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛1-3、复合填料15-23;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
凹凸棒土6-8、钢渣粉6-8、谷壳2-5,醇醚糖苷1-2、丁香油0.2-0.3,维生素C0.3-0.5;
所述的一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆,其特征在于:
复合填料的制备方法是:
(1)备用取谷壳洗净后,晒干,用浓度为3-5%的乙酸溶液浸泡5-6小时,取出,洗净,烘干,过600-800目筛,烧成灰后得谷壳灰备用;
(2)将凹凸棒土、钢渣粉、云母粉在700-750℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,与维生素C一并加入适量水中研磨,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8-8.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,后与其他原料混合,研磨均匀即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明制备的砂浆,配料合理,不会出现发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒上浮的现象,抗压强度高。
具体实施方式
一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:石膏15、水泥50、苯乙烯泡沫颗粒30,玻化骨料20、粉煤灰10、气刀土6、陶粒5、纤维素醚4、触变润滑剂1、纳米膨润土15、生石灰6、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛1、复合填料20;
复合填料由下列重量kg的原料制成:
凹凸棒土8、钢渣粉6、谷壳4,醇醚糖苷1、丁香油0.3,维生素C0.3;
复合填料的制备方法是:
(1)备用取谷壳洗净后,晒干,用浓度为5%的乙酸溶液浸泡6小时,取出,洗净,烘干,过800目筛,烧成灰后得谷壳灰备用;
(2)将凹凸棒土、钢渣粉、云母粉在750℃下煅烧1小时,然后,取出,与维生素C一并加入适量水中研磨,加10%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8,研磨浆料至500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,后与其他原料混合,研磨均匀即得。
本实施例聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆所有原料混匀后,加入适量水混匀,即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:

1.一种聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:石膏15-17、水泥50-60、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒20-30,玻化骨料10-20、粉煤灰10-20、气刀土4-6、陶粒3-5、纤维素醚2-4、触变润滑剂1-2、纳米膨润土13-15、生石灰4-6、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛1-3、复合填料15-23;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土6-8、钢渣粉6-8、谷壳2-5,醇醚糖苷1-2、丁香油0.2-0.3,维生素C0.3-0.5;
所述的复合填料的制备方法是:
