Abstract

一种白水泥熟料漂白机由回转筒体、耐火砖、轮带、托轮、传动装置、密封圈、抽风管、喷水管、蝶阀、管道泵及其控制系统组成。漂白机筒体水平安装，减速电机驱动托轮通过摩擦力带动轮带及筒体回转，漂白机尾端的筒中心插入一根耐热钢抽风管和一根喷水管，喷水管由管道泵加压供水用于冷却熟料。漂白机进料端通过进料烟室与回转窑或篦冷机密闭联接，抽风管通过引风机将喷水冷却熟料产生的水蒸汽抽出后送入收尘器。漂白机筒体内将耐火砖砌筑成喇叭口形，从进料端到出料端漂白机筒体直径逐渐由小变大，熟料随筒体回转向出料端顺利流出。本发明可防止漂白机内的水蒸汽进入回转窑同时还可避免回转窑中的热风进入漂白机，适合分料式白水泥熟料漂白冷却工艺。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种白水泥熟料漂白机，特别是一种水平安装、摩擦传动及带中心抽风管的回转式白水泥熟料漂白机。
背景技术
     随着我国普通水泥产能过剩现象日益严重，越来越多的水泥企业将普通水泥回转窑改造成煅烧白水泥熟料，关键技术是要合理地改造熟料冷却工艺。一种较理想的改造方法是采用分料式冷却漂白工艺，即将原有篦冷机中的白水泥熟料分出一部分进入漂白机进行水淬漂白，而篦冷机中的高温熟料产生热风提供烧成系统所需的二次风和三次风。这种工艺无法采用传统的回转式单筒漂白机，因为传统的单筒漂白机与回转窑只能采取开放式联接，否则漂白机与回转窑会互相串风。因此，需要开发一种可与回转窑或篦冷机密闭式联接的漂白机，特别是需要将熟料从篦冷机中分出一部分进行水淬漂白时，漂白机和篦冷机不会相互影响的漂白机。该漂白机对普通水泥窑改造成白色水泥窑可起到重要作用。
发明内容
本发明是针对普通水泥窑炉改造成白水泥窑炉而发明的一种可从篦式冷却机将高温熟料分出进行水淬漂白的专用漂白机，也可替代传统的单筒漂白机与回转窑直接联接使用。
所述一种白水泥熟料漂白机，结构包括筒体、耐火砖、轮带、减速电机驱动托轮、传动装置、密封圈、抽风管、喷水管、蝶阀、管道泵及其控制系统；漂白机筒体水平安装，减速电机驱动托轮通过摩擦力带动轮带及筒体回转，漂白机尾端的筒中心插入一根耐热钢抽风管和一根喷水管，喷水管由管道泵加压供水用于冷却熟料。漂白机进料端通过进料烟室与回转窑或篦冷机密闭联接，抽风管通过引风机将喷水冷却熟料产生的水蒸汽抽出后送入收尘器。漂白机筒体内将耐火砖砌筑成喇叭口形，从进料端到出料端漂白机筒体直径逐渐由小变大，熟料随筒体回转向出料端顺利流出。漂白机出料口不设锁风装置，以便风机抽吸水蒸汽时在漂白机内形成循环气流，而不抽吸篦冷机内的热风；抽风管与风机之间设一电动蝶阀，以控制漂白机的抽风量和平衡漂白机与篦冷机之间的负压。
本发明的有益效果：本发明所述一种白水泥熟料漂白机可与篦冷机密闭联接并与篦冷机一道分别承担白水泥熟料的水淬冷却和吹风冷却，在满足白水泥白度要求的同时还可为水泥窑煅烧提供二次风和三次风，起到提高产质量及节能降耗的效果。
