本发明公开了一种用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,以解决现有夹紧装置对轴类工件夹持不稳定的问题。本夹紧装置包括夹持台,夹持台的两侧均设有一个夹紧轮,两夹紧轮均与各自的转轴连接,转轴设置在基座上,两夹紧轮的夹持部相对,两夹紧轮的夹持部均具有与轴类工件表面配合的弧段,两夹紧轮背离夹持部的一侧均设有导槽,基座上还设有一驱动轴,驱动轴上连接有驱动杆,驱动杆的端部设有可卡入导槽推动夹紧轮夹紧的导销。本夹紧装置可确保轴类工件夹持定位的稳定性。

技术领域
   本发明涉及用于钻床的夹具,具体涉及一种用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置。
背景技术
夹紧装置广泛用于制造行业,如对工件的冲压、铆接、焊接、粘贴或凝固等。夹紧装置通过夹持工件的各个基准面或点,使工件可以准确定位,因此夹紧装置被认为是加工行业中必不可少的部件。
目前,用于轴类的夹紧装置往往存在以下不足之处:对于轴类工件,由于没有与之圆柱形表面配合的夹持部,并且对轴类工件夹持定位的面较少,因此存在夹持不稳定,影响加工的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,以解决现有夹紧装置对轴类工件夹持不稳定的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,包括夹持台,夹持台的两侧均设有一个夹紧轮,两夹紧轮均与各自的转轴连接,转轴设置在基座上,两夹紧轮的夹持部相对,两夹紧轮的夹持部均具有与轴类工件表面配合的弧段,两夹紧轮背离夹持部的一侧均设有导槽,基座上还设有一驱动轴,驱动轴上连接有驱动杆,驱动杆的端部设有可卡入导槽推动夹紧轮夹紧的导销。
本夹紧装置效果如下:将轴类工件置于夹持台上,驱动轴带动驱动杆旋转,当导销卡入到夹紧轮的导槽内后,将迫使两个夹紧轮的夹持部在工件的径向上夹紧工件,对工件的三个面都有夹持定位作用,并且夹紧轮的夹持部具有与轴类工件表面配合的弧段,使得工件的夹持更稳固。
进一步,两个驱动杆背离夹紧轮的侧向均设有拉簧。松开工件时,驱动轴上无动力迫使驱动杆转动,这样在拉簧的作用下,可使导销脱离导槽,消除对夹紧轮的约束作用,夹紧轮自由转动,两夹持部松开工件,方便卸下工件。

如图1所示的用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,包括夹持台1,夹持台1的两侧均设有一个夹紧轮2,两夹紧轮2均与各自的转轴连接,转轴设置在基座3上,两夹紧轮2的夹持部相对,两夹紧轮2的夹持部均具有与轴类工件表面配合的弧段,两夹紧轮2背离夹持部的一侧均设有导槽21,基座3上还设有一驱动轴4,驱动轴4上连接有驱动杆5,驱动杆5的端部设有可卡入导槽21推动夹紧轮2夹紧的导销51,两个驱动杆5背离夹紧轮的侧向均设有拉簧6,在夹持台1的上方设有定位杆7,定位杆7与气缸的活塞杆相连具有垂直于夹持台的自由度,定位杆7可确保工件在夹持时不产生翻转。

1.用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,其特征在于,包括夹持台,夹持台的两侧均设有一个夹紧轮,两夹紧轮均与各自的转轴连接,转轴设置在基座上,两夹紧轮的夹持部相对,两夹紧轮的夹持部均具有与轴类工件表面配合的弧段,两夹紧轮背离夹持部的一侧均设有导槽,基座上还设有一驱动轴,驱动轴上连接有驱动杆,驱动杆的端部设有可卡入导槽推动夹紧轮夹紧的导销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于轴类工件的双向夹紧装置,其特征在于,两个驱动杆背离夹紧轮的侧向均设有拉簧。
