Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于定量配给地输出液态介质的液滴分配器。
背景技术
从DE3014267A1中已知一种从容器中定量配给地输出液态填充物质的设备。用于输出准确量的液态填充物质的体积设备例如已知为所谓的液滴分配器形式,该液滴分配器已广泛应用在医学和美容界领域。在容器倾斜的情况下进行输出。为了精确定量配给并且便于使用规定,在倾斜容器的情况下,填充物质才不断地进入前置于输出口的溢流腔中。
用户通过滑块移动的定量配给活塞从此处释放填充物质,因此输出不受剩余填充物质的压力控制的影响,如在挤压式出液瓶情况中那样。定量配给活塞具有彼此轴向间隔布置的活塞盘,其中,间隔的距离相当于溢流腔的长度。在关闭位置中,容器侧的活塞盘与容器侧的溢流腔开口间隔。因此,溢流腔本身可以释放比体积的出料装置更准确的、总是相同的量。通过滑块相应的前移,容器侧的活塞盘将确定用于输出的份额与剩余填充物质分离。输出侧的活塞盘在此刚好位于输出侧的溢流腔开口之前。然后,进一步移动可让已分配的量流出。在结构有利的方案中,溢流腔由圆柱体的井道形成,活塞杆可以导引穿过该竖井的盖子。在滑块具有用于移动定量配给活塞的滑块按键时对操纵是有利的。这样引起了舒适的单手操纵。
不利的是,在利用重力的情况下倒立使用时定量配给精确性不够好。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是创造一种具有在重力作用下可填充的定量配给腔的液滴分配器,其定量配给精确性和易操作性得以改善。
该技术问题通过权利要求1的特征解决。
由此创造一种液滴分配器,该液滴分配器相比简单的挤压式出液瓶重要的优点是,通过定量配给腔的填充体积的尺寸设计与提升运动共同地卸出精确的量。通过将定量配给腔布置在其体积确定的主体段形式的定量配给活塞中,实现了定量配给腔在溢流腔中的位置,该位置使液滴分配器置于不仅倒立地,而且也在明显扩宽的角度范围内卸出介质并且在此几乎完全清空容器的位置中。
通过省掉抽吸部件具有明显更少部件的液滴分配器就可以满足所需并由此制造成本低廉。剂量可以以液滴的形式送出或作为软喷剂(weicherSprühstoβ)喷出。
视微生物学要求而定,该系统可以设计为带有或不带喷嘴盖。定量配给腔还优选在出料侧配有自动关闭的阀。由此避免流回到定量配给腔中。
此外优选溢流腔具有盖型的容器盖,该容器盖具有单独的不连续的用于使介质从容器流入溢流腔中的通孔。由此防止了来自进入溢流腔中的介质的介质流回到容器中,这同样有利地影响液滴分配器应用的扩宽的角度范围。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出具有可在重力作用下填充的用于定量配给地输出液态介质的定量配给腔2的液滴分配器1。液滴分配器1包括用于容纳液态介质4的容器3。在容器3上设有可手动操纵的泵5。
可操纵的泵5包括溢流腔6,在容器3翻转时液态介质4流入该溢流腔6中,为此,溢流腔6在进料侧与容器3的出口7流体连通。
在溢流腔6中设有可移动通过操作冲程F的定量配给活塞8,该定量配给活塞输出已定量配给的介质。介质通道9延伸通过定量配给活塞8,该介质通道9在进料侧扩宽为体积确定的柱体段10。伸入溢流腔6中的柱塞11作为压力活塞嵌接到柱体段10中,以便在定量配给活塞8的柱体段10中输出在重力作用下引入或填充入的介质。
溢流腔6在出料侧配有自动的放泄阀12,该放泄阀12与具有出料口13的出料头14流体连通。出料头14优选容纳自动关闭的弹簧加载的阀体15。可使用的出料头例如记载在WO2009/149825A1中。
定量配给活塞8在面朝柱塞11的一侧优选具有扩宽的入口接头16。体积确定的柱体段10优选形成杯形构造的定量配给活塞8的部分区段。体积确定的柱体段10形成定量配给活塞8中的定量配给腔。
柱塞11优选固定地从盖型的容器盖17突伸出。容器盖17具有单独的通孔18,该通孔18用于在容器3翻转时让介质4在重力作用下从容器3进入溢流腔6。容器盖17形成溢流腔6的具有通孔18的底部。容器盖17还优选具有套筒型的突起19作为溢流腔6边缘侧的边界。定量配给活塞8在该突起19的内壁上密封地导引。套筒型的突起19优选与柱塞11共轴地布置。
定量配给活塞8固定在出料头14上。为此,出料头14具有例如内部套筒20,介质通道21导引通过该内部套筒20,该介质通道21与定量配给活塞8中的柱体段10和出料口13流体连通。克服压力弹簧22的作用,出料头14与定量配给活塞8共同地朝柱塞11运动,亦即,定量配给活塞8执行相对固定在容器3上的泵基础部分23的相对运动。泵通过泵基础部分23设置在容器3上。压力弹簧22支承在该泵基础部分23与出料头14之间,它们可相互移动用于执行泵冲程,如力箭头F在图1的图片D中所示。出料头14为其操纵可以具有至少一个操纵面24。
下列根据图1至3的图A至K描述液滴分配器1的工作原理:
图A示出液滴分配器1在支承或静止位置中的半剖面。在定量配给活塞8中形成定量配给腔的柱体段10由重力决定地清空。到达溢流腔6中的介质流动通过通孔18返回到容器3中。
图B示出在使用位置中的液滴分配器1。通过从静止位置转换为使用位置,介质由重力决定地涌进溢流腔6和柱体段10。使用位置可以是倒立的位置或与之成角度的位置,如图B中所示。液滴分配器1可以可靠地以与垂直线成不超过45°的偏角操纵。
图C示出,柱体段10向上打开。在柱体段10内部的阀12向下封闭液滴分配器1,亦即,无介质通过出料口13流出。
如图D示出,通过在操纵面24上的压力(以F标识的箭头),出料头14沿对称轴线朝柱塞11的方向移动。若柱塞11和定量配给活塞8与柱体段10相碰,则开始压缩过程。但由于可以设置在柱体段10的壁中的定量配给缝25,因此形成的腔仍未密封地封闭。介质挤压回到溢流腔6和容器3中。
图2以图E和图F示出介质量,在此是液滴的出料。
图E示出,在定量配给缝25的端部处,柱塞11在定量配给活塞8的柱体段10中密封,亦即,因此介质的体积量与溢流腔6分开。在力方向F上的进一步运动导致在定量配给活塞8的柱体段10内部的压力升高。由于压力升高,阀12打开,从而介质经过阀12朝出料口13的方向挤压通过介质通道21。在出料口13处,通过后面补充的介质开始形成液滴。
图F示出,在操纵位移的末尾处,阀12又关闭,因为没有介质从后面补充过来。在出料口13上形成的液滴切断并且在重力作用下朝使用目标区域,例如眼睛的方向落下。
图3以图G至图K示出液滴分配器1回复到原始位置的复位位置。
图G表示,在作用于操纵面24上的力减小之后,出料头14又返回运动到其原始位置中,其中,在定量配给活塞8的柱体段10的内部形成真空。
图H表示,一旦定量配给缝25又远离柱塞11地移动,则在柱体段10的内部的真空保证突然重新填充定量配给活塞8中的柱体段10。若没有提供定量配给缝25,则在柱塞11未与定量配给活塞8嵌接时存在这种情况。
图I示出泵5,该泵5又已达到其原始位置并且准备释放下一液滴。介质接着的出料又以操纵力F的作用开始,如在图D中所示。
图J示出在使用位置中的液滴分配器。通过使用位置转变为静止位置,溢流腔6连同定量配给活塞8由重力决定地清空。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于定量配给地输出液态介质的液滴分配器(1),其具有用于容纳液态介质(4)的容器(3),布置在所述容器(3)上的、手动操纵的泵(5),该泵包括溢流腔(6),在所述容器(3)翻转时液态介质(4)流入所述溢流腔(6)中,为此,所述溢流腔(6)在进料侧与所述容器的出口(7)流体连通,并且在所述溢流腔(6)中设有能移动通过一个操作冲程的定量配给活塞(8),所述定量配给活塞(8)送出已定量配给的所述介质(4),其特征在于,介质通道(9)延伸通过所述定量配给活塞(8),所述介质通道在进料侧扩宽为体积确定的柱体段(10),伸入所述溢流腔(6)中的柱塞(11)作为压力活塞嵌接到所述柱体段(10)中,以便在所述定量配给活塞(8)的所述柱体段(10)中送出在重力作用下引入的介质(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述溢流腔(6)在出料侧配有自动的放泄阀(12),所述自动的放泄阀(12)与具有出料口(13)的出料头(14)流体连通。
3.按权利要求2所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述出料头(14)容纳自动关闭的、弹簧加载的阀体(15)。
4.按权利要求1至3之一所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述定量配给活塞(8)在面朝所述柱塞(11)的一侧具有扩宽的入口接头(16)。
5.按权利要求1至4之一所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述体积确定的柱体段(10)形成杯形构造的定量配给活塞(8)的部分区段。
6.按权利要求1至5之一所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述柱塞(11)固定地突伸出盖型的容器盖(17),所述容器盖(17)具有单独的用于在所述容器(3)翻转时使介质(4)在重力作用下从所述容器(3)进入所述溢流腔(6)的通孔(18)。
7.按权利要求6所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述容器盖(17)形成所述溢流腔(6)的具有通孔(18)的底部。
8.按权利要求6或7所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述容器盖(17)具有套筒型的突起(19)作为所述溢流腔(6)边缘侧的边界,所述定量配给活塞(8)在所述溢流腔(6)边缘侧的边界上密封地导引。
9.按权利要求8所述的液滴分配器(1),其特征在于,所述套筒型的突起(19)与所述柱塞(11)共轴地布置。
