Abstract
本发明提供一种反转录聚合酶链式反应的方法,其主要包括以下步骤:准备毛细管,将反转录反应所需的反转录酶加入毛细管中,经过预冻干燥程序,在该毛细管内制成反转录冻干反应剂,由此,在使用时可将RNA检体、缓冲液、聚合酶与引物溶液直接加入该毛细管中,与反转录冻干反应剂混合进行回溶,使反转录反应与聚合酶链式反应可一并于毛细管内进行,因而有助于提高实验流程的便利性。
