技术领域
本发明涉及一种不锈钢复合管。
技术背景
使用管道输送热水时,输送距离越大,热量损耗也越高,从而使终端热水温度过低,常常需要重新加热,影响了使用效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种保温效果良好的不锈钢复合管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种不锈钢复合管,包括管体,所述管体内壁上设有内部中空的钢条,所述钢条内设有电热丝,所述管体外壁上缠绕有发热带,所述管体外壁上还包覆绝热层。
优选的,所述发热带为PTC电热带。
优选的,所述绝热层为石棉层。
本发明采用上述技术方案,在管体内壁上设置钢条,钢条内部设置电热丝,加大了管体中水的受热面积,管体中的水实时收到电热丝发热产生的热量补充,而管体外壁上设有发热带,进一步的对管体中的水进行加热,绝热层的包覆使保温效果更加优秀,本发明有效的解决了长距离输送热水产生的温度衰减现象。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括管体1,所述管体1内壁上设有内部中空的钢条101,所述钢条101内设有电热丝102,所述管体1外壁上缠绕有发热带2,所述管体1外壁上还包覆绝热层3。所述发热带2为PTC电热带。所述绝热层3为石棉层。
所述管体1采用无缝不锈钢管,管体1与钢条101一体形铸造制成,具有良好的抗腐蚀性和强度。
电热丝102和发热带2分别在管体1端部伸出向外连接加热电源,管体1与离心泵相连,启动离心泵的同时可同时打开加热电源,运输热水过程保持优异的保温性。

1.一种不锈钢复合管,其特征在于:包括管体(1),所述管体(1)内壁上设有内部中空的钢条(101),所述钢条(101)内设有电热丝(102),所述管体(1)外壁上缠绕有发热带(2),所述管体(1)外壁上还包覆绝热层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢复合管,其特征在于:所述发热带(2)为PTC电热带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢复合管,其特征在于:所述绝热层(3)为石棉层。
