本实用新型公开了一种太阳能热水器专用加热器。其结构包括电热丝、不锈钢管,电热丝安装在不锈钢管内部,其特别之处是:电热丝外围还套有石英管。本实用新型与现有技术相比,克服了现有技术产品电热丝直接串入不锈钢管后在水中工作,安全性能差、热传导效率低的弊病。本实用新型加热器具有很好的安全性能、很高的热传导效率。改进简单,效果明显。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器专用加热器。
在本实用新型作出之前，太阳能热水器已在民间广泛使用。目前太阳能热水器种类很多，附加带电加热器的太阳能热水器是其中一种。这种带电加热器的太阳能热水器，其结构主要由水箱及安装在水箱内部的加热器组成。设置加热器的目的是作为补充热源，有时由于天气原因，例如：在寒冷的冬天，当太阳能不能加热水箱中的水源或加热的水源温度不能满足使用者需要时，加热器作为补充热源，插电后可以提高水源温度，提供足够温度的热水供使用者使用。但是目前使用的加热器存在下列缺陷：电热丝直接串入不锈钢管后在水中工作，安全性能差、热传导效率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构新颖的太阳能热水器专用加热器，这种加热器具有很好的安全性能、很高的热传导效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案达到的：
本实用新型是一种太阳能热水器专用加热器，其结构包括电热丝、不锈钢管，电热丝安装在不锈钢管内部，其结构要点是：电热丝外围还套有石英管。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其结构变化只在现有技术加热器的电热丝与不锈钢管间增设了石英管。但是，由于石英管的绝缘作用，热传导作用，加上用不锈钢管作导热管，以增加反射热能量、提高传导热能量。改进简单，效果明显。
下面结合附图通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

参见附图。本实用新型实施例是一种太阳能热水器专用加热器，其结构由电热丝8、不锈钢管5，石英管6，电热丝8串入石英管6内，电热丝8由导线7引出，两端用瓷接头固定。然后再将其串入不锈钢管5内部(见图1)。整个加热器安装在太阳能热水器的水箱内部(见图2)。太阳能热水器水箱结构由水箱外箱板3、储水箱4，以及水箱外箱板3和储水箱4之间的水箱保温层9组成。不锈钢管5两端和太阳能热水器储水箱两端箱壁密封焊接，要求不漏水。

1、一种太阳能热水器专用加热器，其结构包括电热丝(8)、不锈钢管(5)，电热丝(8)安装在不锈钢管(5)内部，其特征在于：电热丝(8)外围还套有石英管(6)。
