背景技术
太阳能热水器由于其无污染、无安全隐患,能源可以无限使用,而且其使用寿命长,实现了低成本供应热水,因此太阳能热水器被广泛的利用。太阳能真空管是太阳能热水器核心元件,被誉为太阳能热水器的“心脏”,真空管的质量直接影响到太阳能热水器的使用寿命和性能。
在高纬度寒冷地区,由于常年冰雪覆盖,这对太阳能热水器的使用造成不必要的麻烦。太阳能真空管被冰雪覆盖后,使得太阳能真空管吸热效率差,致使热水产生及供应速度慢,满足不了高纬度寒冷用户的需求。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种太阳能加热真空管的技术方案。
所述的一种太阳能加热真空管,包括玻璃外管、玻璃内管及玻璃外管和玻璃内管之间形成的真空夹层,其特征在于所述的真空夹层中设置发热导线,发热导线两端连接固定设置在玻璃外管上的接头后,从玻璃外管底部穿出。

所述的一种太阳能加热真空管,其特征在于所述的发热导线两端从玻璃外管的密封头两侧穿出。

上述的一种太阳能加热真空管,设计合理新颖,在玻璃外管和玻璃内管之间形成的真空夹层中设置发热导线,发热导线与外部12V电源相接,真空管利用发热导线的热量迅速融化覆盖在真空管上的冰雪,提高日照光的照射,提高真空管的吸热效率。本实用新型的真空管特别适合高纬度常年冰雪覆盖地区使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。
如图所示,一种太阳能加热真空管包括玻璃外管1和玻璃内管3,玻璃外管1和玻璃内管3之间形成封闭的空腔,该封闭的空腔为真空夹层,真空夹层中设置了发热导线2,发热导线2在真空夹层中构成U形结构,发热导线2的两端头与设置在玻璃外管1固定的接头5连接后,从从玻璃外管1的密封头4两侧穿出,穿出的两端与12V电源相接。接头5采用高温瓷接头。
该真空管可与水箱连接,利用真空管吸收的热量来加热;也可以在真空管中设置导热管,在导热管中添加热管介质,利用导热管吸收的热量通过热管介质传递热量来加热。
当冰雪覆盖真空管后,电源将发热导线2加热,利用发热导线2的热量使覆盖在真空管上的冰雪融化,提高日照光照射。

1.一种太阳能加热真空管,包括玻璃外管(1)、玻璃内管(3)及玻璃外管(1)和玻璃内管(3)之间形成的真空夹层,其特征在于所述的真空夹层中设置发热导线(2),发热导线(2)两端连接固定设置在玻璃外管(1)上的接头(5)后,从玻璃外管(1)底部穿出。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能加热真空管,其特征在于所述的接头(5)为高温瓷接头。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能加热真空管,其特征在于所述的发热导线(2)两端从玻璃外管(1)的密封头(4)两侧穿出。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种太阳能加热真空管,其特征在于所述的发热导线(2)两端接12V电源。
