发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种琼脂培养基。
技术方案:一种琼脂培养基,所述的琼脂培养基有下列重量分数的各组分组成:葡萄糖10-16份,乳糖5-6份,水仙提取物4-5份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,硫酸镁6-9份。
作为优选,将上述营养成分混合均匀,高温加热之后,去除上清液将沉淀物进行去水烘干处理,形成营养琼脂培养基。
有益效果:本发明所制出的琼脂培养基保存时间比较长。

 实施例1  
一种琼脂培养基,所述的琼脂培养基有下列重量分数的各组分组成:葡萄糖10-16份,乳糖5-6份,水仙提取物4-5份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,硫酸镁6-9份。将上述营养成分混合均匀,高温加热之后,去除上清液将沉淀物进行去水烘干处理,形成营养琼脂培养基。

1. 一种琼脂培养基,其特征在于:所述的琼脂培养基有下列重量分数的各组分组成:葡萄糖10-16份,乳糖5-6份,水仙提取物4-5份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,硫酸镁6-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的琼脂培养基,其特征在于:将上述营养成分混合均匀,高温加热之后,去除上清液将沉淀物进行去水烘干处理,形成营养琼脂培养基。
