Abstract

本发明提供一种菌种保存管,属于微生物保存装置技术领域。本发明提供的保存管的管盖内固定有置于管体内的接种环,在将保存的菌种取出接种时,直接用保存管内的接种环进行划线接种,无需其他接种环,无需对接种环进行灭菌处理,省时省工,大大降低菌种被污染的可能性;管盖的顶部设置蘑菇状的凸起,可以方便地从保存盒中取放保存管。

技术领域
    本发明属于微生物保存装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种菌种保存管。
背景技术
在基因工程中,需要将构建好的菌种进行低温甚至超低温(-80℃)保存;由于构建一个能达到预期效果的菌种的周期较长,常常也需要将一些构建过程中的细菌进行低温(比如-20℃)保存。
在实际中,常常需要将这些低温保存的细菌进行接种活化,以进行基因工程中的下步构建工作,或者将超低温保存的菌种进行接种活化和放大生产。在接种操作时,常常采用接种环进行接种,如果接种环灭菌不充分,会造成珍贵的菌种被污染,这将会造成非常大的损失。或者,为了让接种环灭菌充分,常常需要额外的操作时间,如果同时接种不同的保藏菌,则耗时更多,且相互交叉染菌的几率更大。
此外,菌种保存管一般都是放在保存盒里,然后放入冰箱中进行保存,为节约空间,保存管在保存盒里的排列比较紧密,又由于冰冻的原因,操作人员常常很难将保存的菌种从保存盒里取出。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种菌种保存管,采用如下技术方案:
    一种菌种保存管,包括管盖和管体,其特征在于所述管盖内固定有向管体内延伸的接种环;所述接种环伸入管体的部分为螺旋状;所述管盖的顶部设置蘑菇状的凸起;所述的管体的底部为尖部朝下的圆锥形;在所述的管体的圆锥形底部外设置管托。
    优选地,所述管盖与管体为螺纹连接。
    优选地,所述管盖外设置防滑纹。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1. 本发明提供的保存管的管盖内固定有向管体内延伸的接种环,在将保存的菌种取出接种时,直接用保存管内的接种环进行划线接种,无需其他接种环,无需对接种环进行灭菌处理,省时省工,大大降低菌种被污染的可能性。
2. 本发明提供的保存管的接种环是一种顶部为椭圆状、其余部分为螺旋状的接种环,便于接种操作;当菌种进行低温甚至超低温(-80℃)保存时,菌种被冷冻成固态,接种时,拧开管盖则带动固定在其上面的接种环进行旋转,可以比较容易地取出带有接种环的管盖。
3. 本发明提供的保存管管盖外设置防滑纹,便于拧开管盖。
    4. 本发明提供的保存管管体的底部为圆锥形,方便菌种量很少的时候取出菌种。
5. 本发明提供的保存管的圆锥形管底外接有管托,当保存管从低温甚至超低温(-80℃)取出时,工作人员可以用拇指和食指夹住管盖顶部和管托进行菌种的转移,避免手的温度给菌种加热,加速菌种的衰退;管托更利于保存管的平面放置。
6. 本发明提供的保存管,在管盖的顶部设置蘑菇状的凸起,当保存管里装好菌液后,将保存管放入保存盒(如96方格的保存盒),待要取出此保存管时,可以用手或者镊子等工具,夹住蘑菇状的凸起,便可以方便地取放保存管;由于凸起的设置,可以避免在用手取放保存管时,手的温度给菌种加热,从而导致菌种衰退加速的情况发生。

    如图1所示,一种菌种保存管,包括管盖1和管体2,其特征在于所述管盖1内固定有向管体2内延伸的接种环4;所述接种环4伸入管体2的部分为螺旋状;所述管盖的顶部设置蘑菇状的凸起3;所述的管体2的底部为尖部朝下的圆锥形;在所述的管体2的圆锥形底部外设置管托5。
    优选地,所述管盖1与管体2为螺纹连接;所述管盖1外设置防滑纹。

1.一种菌种保存管,包括管盖(1)和管体(2),其特征在于所述管盖(1)内固定有向管体(2)内延伸的接种环(4);所述接种环(4)伸入管体(2)的部分为螺旋状;所述管盖的顶部设置蘑菇状的凸起(3);所述的管体(2)的底部为尖部朝下的圆锥形;在所述的管体(2)的圆锥形底部外设置管托(5)。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的菌种保存管,其特征是:所述管盖(1)与管体(2)为螺纹连接。
