Abstract

本发明提供一种易识别菌种保存管,属于微生物保存装置技术领域。本发明提供的保存管的管盖内固定有置于管体内的接种环,在将保存的菌种取出接种时,直接用保存管内的接种环进行划线接种,无需其他接种环,无需对接种环进行灭菌处理,省时省工,大大降低菌种被污染的可能性;保存管的管盖顶部设置磨砂面,便于记号笔或者标签对菌种进行标记,当保存管紧密排放在保存盒里时,也可以方便地识别出需要取出的菌种。

技术领域
    本发明属于微生物保存装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种易识别的菌种保存管。
背景技术
在基因工程中,需要将构建好的菌种进行低温甚至超低温(-80℃)保存;由于构建一个预期效果的菌种的周期较长,常常也需要将一些构建过程中的细菌进行低温保存。在实际中,常常需要将这些低温保存的细菌进行接种活化或接种放大生产,在接种时常常采用接种环进行接种,如果接种环灭菌不充分,会造成珍贵的菌种被污染,这将会造成非常大的损失。或者,为了让接种环灭菌充分,常常需要额外的操作时间,如果同时接种不同的保藏菌,则耗时更多,且染菌几率更大。
此外,菌种保存管一般都是放在保存盒里,然后放入冰箱中进行保存。由于保存管的外形相同,在准备取出保存盒里的特定保存管时,很难通过保存管的外形和保存管管身上的特征来进行识别。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种易识别的菌种保存管,采用如下技术方案:
一种易识别的菌种保存管,包括管盖和管体,其特征在于所述管盖内固定有向管体内延伸的接种环;所述接种环伸入管体的部分为螺旋状;所述管盖的顶部设置磨砂面;所述管体的底部设置有向管体内腔凹陷的内凹结构。
优选地,所述管盖与管体为螺纹连接;所述管盖外设置防滑纹。
优选地,所述管体外设置刻度线。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1. 本发明提供的保存管的管盖内固定有置于管体内的接种环,在将保存的菌种取出接种时,直接用保存管内的接种环进行划线接种,无需其他接种环,无需对接种环进行灭菌处理,省时省工,大大降低菌种被污染的可能性。
2. 本发明提供的保存管的接种环是一种顶部为椭圆状、其余部分为螺旋状的接种环,便于接种操作;当菌种进行低温甚至超低温(-80℃)保存时,菌种被冷冻成固态,接种时,拧开管盖则带动固定在其上面的接种环进行旋转,可以比较容易地取出带有接种环的管盖。
    3. 本发明提供的保存管管盖外设置防滑纹,便于拧开管盖。
    4. 本发明提供的保存管的管盖顶部设置磨砂面,便于记号笔或者标签对菌种进行标记,当保存管紧密排放在保存盒里时,也可以方便地识别出需要取出的菌种。
    5. 本发明提供的保存管管体的底部设置内凹结构,当保存管从低温甚至超低温(-80℃)取出时,工作人员可以用拇指和食指夹住管盖顶部和内凹结构的边缘部分进行菌种的转移,避免手的温度给菌种加热,加速菌种的衰退;此外,内凹结构更利于保存管的平面放置,还可以保护瓶体不受外力损坏,提高了菌种保藏的安全性。
    6. 本发明提供的保存管的管体外设置刻度线,方便对保存管内的菌种量进行确定。

优选地,所述管盖1与管体2为螺纹连接;所述管盖1外设置防滑纹。
