Abstract
一种菌种培养保藏管。它可以调节菌种管内外空气的流通。在管体的管口外围有一圈半圆形凹槽,管盖内壁上部及下部各有一圈半圆形凸起,这两圈凸起之间的管壁为紧密的夹层结构,由管盖内外壁和紧夹于管盖内外壁之间的一层能通过空气并隔绝微生物进入防止污染的空气过滤膜组成,空气过滤膜两侧的管盖内外壁上均有若干通气孔。当盖上管盖,使管盖内壁下部凸起与管体口凹槽相契合时,空气可以通过管壁上的通气孔和过滤膜进入管内,保证管内培养菌种氧气充足,生长良好。当菌种生长到适合程度,继续向下按管盖,使管盖内壁上部凸起与管体口凹槽相契合,这时空气不能进入管内,管内处于密封状态,有利于菌种保藏,延长菌种保藏时间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种菌种管。
背景技术
目前,公知的菌种管由一端封闭的圆柱形管体及与管体之间采用螺纹连接的管盖组成,这种菌种管透气性差,虽然有利于菌种的保藏,但是不利于菌种的生长。
发明内容
为了克服现有菌种管不利于菌种生长的问题,本实用新型提供一种既可通气又可密封、适用于菌种培养和保藏两种目的的菌种管。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在管体的管口外围有一圈半圆形凹槽,管盖内壁上部及下部各有一圈半圆形凸起,这两圈半圆形凸起之间的管盖壁为紧密的夹层结构,该夹层结构由管盖内外壁和紧夹于管盖内外壁之间的一层能通过空气并隔绝微生物进入的空气过滤膜组成,空气过滤膜两侧的管盖内外壁上均有若干通气孔,这种夹层结构既能保证空气的流通,又能防止微生物进入造成污染。当盖上管盖,使管盖内壁下部凸起与管体口凹槽相契合时,空气可以通过管盖壁上的通气孔和过滤膜进入管内,保证管内培养菌种氧气充足,生长良好。当菌种生长到适合程度,继续向下按管盖,使管盖内壁上部凸起与管体口凹槽相契合,这时空气不能进入管内,管内处于密封状态,有利于菌种保藏,延长菌种保藏时间。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在菌种培养和保藏的不同时期调节菌种管内外空气的流通,培养菌种需要大量氧气时,使管盖壁上可通气部位连通管内,以增加空气流通,菌种生长好后不需要氧气时,使管口完全密封,延长菌种保藏时间。

具体实施方式
在附图中,管盖(2)的内壁上部凸起(4)和内壁下部凸起(5)之间的管盖壁为紧密的夹层结构,这种夹层结构由管盖外壁(9)和管盖内壁(10)及紧夹于其间的一层空气过滤膜(8)组成,在空气过滤膜(8)两侧的管盖外壁(9)和管盖内壁(10)上开若干通气孔(6)(7)。当盖上管盖(2),使管盖内壁下部凸起(5)与管口凹槽(3)相契合时,管盖内外壁上的通气孔(6)(7)和内外壁之间的空气过滤膜(8)能使空气进入管内,当再向下按管盖(2),使管盖内壁上部凸起(4)与管口凹槽(3)相契合时,管口完全封闭。

1.一种菌种培养保藏管,由一端封闭的圆柱形管体及管盖构成,其特征是:在管体的管口外围有一圈半圆形凹槽,管盖内壁上部和下部各有一圈半圆形凸起,这两圈半圆形凸起之间的管壁为紧密的夹层结构,该夹层结构由管盖内外壁和紧夹于管盖内外壁之间的一层空气过滤膜组成,空气过滤膜两侧的管盖内外壁上均有若干通气孔。
