本发明公开了一种数控多功能变孔镗销机床,它上数控加工领域。变频电机的电机轴上设置有电机皮带轮,电机皮带轮外部设置有变速箱壳体,变速箱壳体通过同步数码带与主轴皮带轮相连,主轴皮带轮设置在进给拉杆上,进给拉杆与步进电机相连,进给拉杆外部设置有主轴箱壳体,进给拉杆前端通过连接固定销与锥度调整固定结构相连,锥度调整固定结构前端内通过镗刀杆固定螺丝固定有刀杆,刀杆中部通过偏心固定螺栓固定有镗刀杆并,刀杆顶端设置有成型合金刀头。本发明结构简单,操作方便,降低了劳动力,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

    本发明涉及的是数控加工领域,具体涉及一种数控多功能变孔镗销机床。
背景技术
现有企业加工锥孔零件:如汽车配件转向节、转向臂、摆臂等,基本上都是在钻床上使用专用成型锥度铰刀加工零件,它存在以下问题:(1)成本费用高、加工哪个型号的尺寸用同型号的刀具;(2)生产效率低、劳动力大、操作困难;(3)废品率高、精度差。也有个别企业根据自己生产的产品自制了专用锥孔镗床,但是这类机床只能加工一种锥度的产品,大大浪费了资源,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种数控多功能变孔镗销机床,结构简单,操作方便,降低了劳动力,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:数控多功能变孔镗销机床,包括变频电机、步进电机、进给拉杆、变速箱壳体、电机皮带轮、同步数码带、主轴皮带轮、连接固定销、镗刀杆固定螺丝、镗刀杆并、偏心固定螺栓、刀杆、成型合金刀头和主轴箱壳体,变频电机的电机轴上设置有电机皮带轮,电机皮带轮外部设置有变速箱壳体,变速箱壳体通过同步数码带与主轴皮带轮相连,主轴皮带轮设置在进给拉杆上,进给拉杆与步进电机相连,进给拉杆外部设置有主轴箱壳体,进给拉杆前端通过连接固定销与锥度调整固定结构相连,锥度调整固定结构前端内通过镗刀杆固定螺丝固定有刀杆,刀杆中部通过偏心固定螺栓固定有镗刀杆并,刀杆顶端设置有成型合金刀头。
所述的锥度调整固定结构包括推动轴、锥度调整套、调整垫、床头箱主轴、固定螺杆、锥度调整法兰盘、锥度调整螺栓、半圆压紧块、定位销和锥度调整螺栓,锥度调整固定结构后端设置有推动轴,推动轴上套有锥度调整套,锥度调整套外侧通过调整垫、固定螺杆固定在床头箱主轴上,锥度调整固定结构前端设置有通过锥度调整螺栓设置有锥度调整法兰盘,锥度调整法兰盘上通过半圆压紧块、定位销设置有锥度调整螺栓。
本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)生产效益高、降低劳动力、操作方便;
(2)降低消耗、降低成本;
(3)加工后的零件检验表面粗糙度达到国标、除色检验接触面积达到85%以上。

参照图1-4,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:数控多功能变孔镗销机床,包括变频电机1、步进电机2、进给拉杆12、变速箱壳体13、电机皮带轮14、同步数码带15、主轴皮带轮16、连接固定销20、镗刀杆固定螺丝40、镗刀杆并41、偏心固定螺栓42、刀杆43、成型合金刀头44和主轴箱壳体47,变频电机1的电机轴上设置有电机皮带轮14,电机皮带轮14外部设置有变速箱壳体13,变速箱壳体13通过同步数码带15与主轴皮带轮16相连,主轴皮带轮16设置在进给拉杆12上,进给拉杆12与步进电机2相连,进给拉杆12外部设置有主轴箱壳体47,进给拉杆12前端通过连接固定销20与锥度调整固定结构相连,锥度调整固定结构前端内通过镗刀杆固定螺丝40固定有刀杆43,刀杆43中部通过偏心固定螺栓42固定有镗刀杆并41,刀杆43顶端设置有成型合金刀头44。
所述的锥度调整固定结构包括推动轴21、锥度调整套22、调整垫23、床头箱主轴24、固定螺杆25、锥度调整法兰盘35、锥度调整螺栓26、半圆压紧块37、定位销38和锥度调整螺栓45,锥度调整固定结构后端设置有推动轴21,推动轴21上套有锥度调整套22,锥度调整套22外侧通过调整垫23、固定螺杆25固定在床头箱主轴24上,锥度调整固定结构前端设置有通过锥度调整螺栓26设置有锥度调整法兰盘35,锥度调整法兰盘35上通过半圆压紧块37、定位销38设置有锥度调整螺栓45。
本具体实施方式的主轴旋转选用变频电机可数字显示无级调速,切削进给采用步进电机,滚珠丝杆精度高、稳定、可数字显示切削速度;一机多用,本机床上可以加工直孔、正反锥孔(1:6)(1:8)(1:10)的技术要求锥孔零件。
    本具体实施方式结构简单,操作方便,降低了劳动力,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
