Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐盐的复合多层管,耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.4mm~2.6mm的聚酯层、第二层为厚度2.3mm~2.8mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层、第三层为厚度3.7mm~4.4mm的硅树脂层。复合多层管具有良好的耐盐特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合多层管,特别是涉及一种耐盐的复合多层管。
背景技术
管材的用途较为宽泛,可以在工作中和生活中的各个角落看到。不同材质的管材有不同的用途,其中塑料管材的用途较多,塑料管材在用于传输液体过程中,需要具有一定的耐腐蚀和耐盐的性能,否则在长时间使用后塑料管材会发生腐蚀、断裂、变形等问题。在一些特殊化学试剂的生产过程中,耐盐性能的好坏决定了塑料管材的使用时间,因此需要开发一种具有较高耐盐性能的多层管。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的多层管材耐盐性能较差的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐盐的复合多层管,耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.4mm~2.6mm的聚酯层、第二层为厚度2.3mm~2.8mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层、第三层为厚度3.7mm~4.4mm的硅树脂层。多层管通过挤出机在高温下挤出成型,粘合后冷却后形成多层的结构。 
复合多层管中聚酯层的厚度优选为2.4mm。
复合多层管中乙烯丙烯共聚物层的厚度优选为2.8mm。
复合多层管中硅树脂层厚度优选为3.7mm。
复合多层管中最内层直径优选为5cm~10cm。
有益效果:制备的多层管具有良好的耐盐特性,可耐20wt%的氯化钠溶液浸泡200h至250h无变化,耐20wt%硫酸钠溶液浸泡300h至350h无变化。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐盐的复合多层管,耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.4mm的聚酯层1、第二层为厚度2.8mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层2、第三层为厚度3.7mm的硅树脂层3。复合多层管中最内层直径为5cm。复合多层管通过挤出机在高温下挤出成型,粘合、冷却后为多层的复合结构。     
实施例2
一种耐盐的复合多层管,耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.5mm的聚酯层1、第二层为厚度2.5mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层2、第三层为厚度4.1mm的硅树脂层3。复合多层管中最内层直径为8cm。复合多层管通过挤出机在高温下挤出成型,粘合、冷却后形成多层的复合结构。
实施例3
一种耐盐的复合多层管,耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.6mm的聚酯层1、第二层为厚度2.3mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层2、第三层为厚度4.4mm的硅树脂层3。复合多层管中最内层直径为10cm。复合多层管通过挤出机在高温下挤出成型,粘合后冷却后形成多层的复合结构。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3分别放入20wt%的氯化钠溶液浸泡200h、230h、250h。再分别放入20wt%硫酸钠溶液浸泡300h、330h、350h。试验结束后,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3在20wt%的氯化钠溶液浸泡200h至250h无变化,在20wt%硫酸钠溶液浸泡300h至350h无变化。

Claims (5)

1. 一种耐盐的复合多层管,其特征在于耐盐的复合多层管为三层,最外层为厚度2.4mm~2.6mm的聚酯层(1)、第二层为厚度2.3mm~2.8mm的乙烯丙烯共聚物层(2)、第三层为厚度3.7mm~4.4mm的硅树脂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐的复合多层管,其特征在于复合多层管中聚酯层(1)的厚度为2.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐的复合多层管,其特征在于复合多层管中乙烯丙烯共聚物层(2)的厚度为2.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐的复合多层管,其特征在于复合多层管中硅树脂层(3)厚度为3.7mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐的复合多层管,其特征在于复合多层管中最内层直径为5cm~10cm。
