本发明公开了一种耐加热的多层管,耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.2mm~2.5mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层、中间层为厚度1.3mm~1.7mm的呋喃树脂层、最内层为厚度2.6mm~3.0mm的聚砜树脂层。制备得到的多层管具有耐加热的优势,具有良好的耐高温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层管,特别是涉及一种耐加热的多层管。
背景技术
多层管多数由不同的材质构成不同的内层,从而具有不同的性能。塑料管在使用期间,塑料管的耐热性能对塑料管的使用时间有不可或缺的决定作用。在一些需要传送高温加热试剂或水的过程中,如果塑料管的耐热性能较差,则在长时间接触高温后,塑料管会发生形变和扭曲等现象,这些都制约着复合塑料管的使用和推广,如何将不同的塑料材质进行复合从而具备良好的耐热性,是一个较为复杂的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的多层管材耐加热性能差的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐加热的多层管,耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.2mm~2.5mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层、中间层为厚度1.3mm~1.7mm的呋喃树脂层、最内层为厚度2.6mm~3.0mm的聚砜树脂层。多层管中聚苯乙烯树脂层的厚度优选为2.2mm。多层管中呋喃树脂层的厚度优选为1.3mm。多层管中聚砜树脂层厚度优选为2.6mm。多层管中最内层的直径优选为10cm~15cm。多层管是通过每层塑材在加热情况下用模具熔合、冷却后得到的多层结构。  
有益效果:制备的多层管具有优良的耐加热特性,得到的多层管在温度为200至250℃下加热200h后,多层管没有发生变形或扭曲的现象,具有良好的耐热性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐加热的多层管,耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.5mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层1、中间层为厚度1.3mm的呋喃树脂层2、最内层为厚度2.6mm的聚砜树脂层3。多层管中最内层的直径为15cm。耐加热的多层管通过每层塑材在加热情况下用模具熔合、冷却后得到的多层结构。
实施例2
一种耐加热的多层管,耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.2mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层1、中间层为厚度1.5mm的呋喃树脂层2、最内层为厚度2.8mm的聚砜树脂层3。多层管中最内层的直径为10cm。耐加热的多层管通过每层塑材在加热情况下用模具熔合、冷却后得到的多层结构。
实施例3
一种耐加热的多层管,耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.4mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层1、中间层为厚度1.7mm的呋喃树脂层2、最内层为厚度3.0mm的聚砜树脂层3。多层管中最内层的直径为12cm。耐加热的多层管通过每层塑材在加热情况下用模具熔合、冷却后得到的多层结构。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的多层管分别在200℃、230℃、250℃下加热200h,加热结束后,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的多层管均未发生变形或扭曲的现象,具有良好的耐热性能。

1.一种耐加热的多层管,其特征在于耐加热的多层管共三层,最外层为厚度2.2mm~2.5mm的聚苯乙烯树脂层(1)、中间层为厚度1.3mm~1.7mm的呋喃树脂层(2)、最内层为厚度2.6mm~3.0mm的聚砜树脂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐加热的多层管,其特征在于多层管中聚苯乙烯树脂层(1)的厚度为2.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐加热的多层管,其特征在于多层管中呋喃树脂层(2)的厚度为1.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐加热的多层管,其特征在于多层管中聚砜树脂层(3)厚度为2.6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐加热的多层管,其特征在于多层管中最内层的直径为10cm~15cm。
