本实用新型的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的改进型叶腊石组装块:含有筒形的叶腊石块、环形的叶腊石环、环形的白云石环、薄圆柱体的发热片、筒形的发热管、芯柱,叶腊石块内套接有筒形的发热管、发热管内套接有绝缘层,绝缘层内套接有芯柱,芯柱的两端连接有绝缘层、绝缘层和发热管的两端连接有薄圆柱体的发热片,薄圆柱体的发热片的两端连接有环形白云石环,环形白云石环两端连接有环形的叶腊石环,所述芯柱为环形体,内部套接有带有绝缘的发热电阻,发热电阻的两端分别通过薄圆柱体的发热片连接导电堵头。
所述芯柱的外径等于叶腊石块的内径。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型改进型叶腊石组装块具有以下优点:本技术新增加了一套带有绝缘层的中心发热电阻,点热量由中心向外传递,从而使合成腔的温度发布更加均匀。最大的改进之处在于中心部位加热,减小了温度梯度变化。

1.一种金刚石合成叶腊石组装块,含有筒形的叶腊石块、环形的叶腊石环、环形的白云石环、薄圆柱体的发热片、筒形的发热管、芯柱,叶腊石块内套接有筒形的发热管、发热管内套接有绝缘层,绝缘层内套接有芯柱,芯柱的两端连接有绝缘层、绝缘层和发热管的两端连接有薄圆柱体的发热片,薄圆柱体的发热片的两端连接有环形白云石环,环形白云石环两端连接有环形的叶腊石环,其特征在于:所述芯柱为环形体,内部套接有带有绝缘的发热电阻,发热电阻的两端分别通过薄圆柱体的发热片连接导电堵头。
