本实用新型涉及一种退火管，尤其涉及一种铜材退火管。
背景技术
铜材退火用于改善铜材的塑性和韧性，同时软化铜材，使化学成分均匀化，去除残余应力，制成物理性能软且韧性强、不易断裂的铜丝；铜材的退火工艺，是将铜材加热到一定温度，保持一定时间后，以一定的速度冷却。
传统的退火管，如图1所示，其横截面呈方形，包括内管，内管的左边和右边各设置有一根加热管，内管和加热管组成了加热腔，加热腔外包裹有保温材料。
但该退火管加热速度慢且不均匀，冷却快，使得铜材的退火效果不佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决现有技术问题，提供一种加热均匀、效果好的铜材退火管。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种铜材退火管，包括内管，所述内管外均匀设置有多个加热管，内管和加热管周围填充有保温材料。
均匀分布于内管周围的加热管能给内管均匀加热，使得内管各个位置同时、稳定地升温，填充于周围的保温材料保温效果更好。
作为优选，所述保温材料为颗粒状。一般采用石英砂。
作为优选，所述加热管设置有六根或八根。
作为优选，所述保温材料外包裹有外壳。
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、加热均匀，退火效果好；
2、保温效果好，降温速度受控度高；
3、加热速度快，能耗小。

一种铜材退火管，如图2所示，包括内管1，所述内管1外均匀设置有六根加热管2，内管1和加热管2周围填充有石英砂制成的保温材料3；保温材料3外包裹有外壳4。
实施例二：
一种铜材退火管，包括内管1，所述内管1外均匀设置有八根加热管2，内管1和加热管2周围填充有石英砂制成的保温材料3；保温材料3外包裹有外壳4。

1.一种铜材退火管，包括内管，其特征在于：所述内管外均匀设置有多个加热管，内管和加热管周围填充有保温材料。
