Abstract
本发明提供一种具有pet基材pu涂层的手机保护膜以及该pu涂层的制备方法,所述pu涂层采用价格低廉的聚酯多元醇、MDI、乙二醇、DMPA、N甲基毗咯烷酮、丙酮、三乙胺作为合成原料,合成成本低廉、工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机保护膜,特别是一种pu涂层的手机保护膜,以及该pu涂层的制备方法。
背景技术
随着手机热度的不断提升,其周边产业链的商业价值也越来越大,而手机保护膜作为手机周边产业的一种,其应用和研究也越来越广泛。目前,手机保护膜一般采用PET材料作为基材,因为PET材料具有它具有优异的物理性能、化学性能及尺寸稳定性、透明性、可回收性等优点,再涂以硅胶涂层、亚克力涂层或pu涂层。其中,亚克力涂层的排气性较差,而且会留下残胶,影响手机屏幕使用;硅胶涂层虽然解决了排气性较差的技术问题,但是仍然会留下残胶;而pu涂层解决了排气性较差的技术问题,而且残胶较少,但是pu涂层的价格制造成本却较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本较低的pu涂层生产方法。本发明的另一目的是提供一种手机保护膜。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于PET保护膜的pu涂层,所述pu涂层由如下工艺制备:
a、将聚酯多元醇升温至120℃后脱水30分钟;
b、在50℃下保温30分钟;
c、加入DPMA的N甲基毗咯烷酮溶液扩链;
d、匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
e、加入MDI的丙酮溶液,匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
f、加入有机锡作为催化剂,反应90分钟;
g、加入乙二醇扩链;
h、将反应体系降至室温后加入丙酮调节体系温度再加入三乙胺中和;
i、减压蒸馏脱去丙酮即得到水性聚氨酯。
本发明进一步提供一种手机保护膜,所述手机保护膜由下至上依次为PET离型膜层、PU涂层、PET基材层与表面层,所述pu涂层是由上述的制备工艺制备。
进一步的,所述表面层经过抗静电处理。
本发明采用价格低廉的聚酯多元醇、MDI、乙二醇、DMPA、N甲基毗咯烷酮、丙酮、三乙胺作为合成原料,合成成本低廉、工艺简单。
具体实施方式
一种PET手机保护膜,所述手机保护膜由下至上依次为PET离型膜层、PU涂层、PET基材层与表面层。所述PET基材层采用50um厚度的PET基材,
所述pu涂层是由权利要求 1 所述的制备工艺制备:
a、将聚酯多元醇升温至120℃后脱水30分钟;
b、在50℃下保温 30分钟;
c、加入DPMA的N甲基毗咯烷酮溶液扩链;
d、匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
e、加入MDI的丙酮溶液,匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
f、加入有机锡作为催化剂,反应90分钟;
g、加入乙二醇扩链。
h、将反应体系降至室温后加入丙酮调节体系温度再加入三乙胺中和;
i、减压蒸馏脱去丙酮即得到水性聚氨酯。
将运用该方法制备的pu涂层均匀涂覆于PET基材表面,制成pu层厚度为10um的手机保护膜成品。所述手机保护膜成品也可根据需要针对表面层进行抗静电处理。
对所述手机保护膜成品进行一系列性能测试,结果如下:

从实验测试数据可以看出,运用本发明所述pu涂层生产工艺制作述手机保护膜成品各项性能测试较佳。本发明采用价格低廉的聚酯多元醇、MDI、乙二醇、DMPA、N甲基毗咯烷酮、丙酮、三乙胺作为合成原料,合成成本低廉、工艺简单。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于pet基材手机保护膜的pu涂层,其特征在于,所述pu涂层由如下工艺制备:
a、将聚酯多元醇升温至120℃后脱水30分钟;
b、在50℃下保温30分钟;
c、加入DPMA的N甲基毗咯烷酮溶液扩链;
d、匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
e、加入MDI的丙酮溶液,匀速搅拌5~10分钟;
f、加入有机锡作为催化剂,反应90分钟;
g、加入乙二醇扩链;
h、将反应体系降至室温后加入丙酮调节体系温度再加入三乙胺中和;以及
i、减压蒸馏脱去丙酮即得到水性聚氨酯。
2.一种手机保护膜,其特征在于,所述手机保护膜由下至上依次为PET离型膜层、PU涂层、PET基材层与表面层,所述pu涂层由权利要求 1 所述的制备工艺制备。
3.如权利要求2所述的手机保护膜,其特征在于,所述表面层经过抗静电处理。
