本发明公开了一种高硬度的pp合金,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP50-85份,润滑分散剂TAF10-25份,颜料10-25份,金属皂类稳定剂0.1-1份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩(10-50目)12份,空心玻璃微珠(50-90目)4份,混合溶剂10-20份、无机增稠剂15-19份、增韧剂8份、阻燃剂10份,偶联剂10-25份,锐钛矿型钛白粉1份,增稠剂1份。本发明的合金材料具有硬度高、绝缘性好的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高硬度的pp合金。
背景技术
PP是一种半结晶性材料,它比PE要更坚硬并且有更高的熔点。由于均聚物型的PP温度高温时非常脆,许多商业的PP材料是加入1-4%乙烯的共聚物或更高比率乙烯含量的嵌段共聚物。共聚物型的PP材料有较低的热变形温度、低透明度、低光泽度、低刚性,但是有更强的抗冲击强度,PP的冲击强度随着乙烯含量的增加而增大。PP的维卡软化温度为1500C。由于结晶度较高,这种材料的表面刚度和抗划痕特性很好。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高硬度的pp合金。

一种高硬度的pp合金,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP50-85份,润滑分散剂TAF10-25份,颜料10-25份,金属皂类稳定剂0.1-1份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩12份、粒度为0-50目,空心玻璃微珠4份、粒度为10-50目,混合溶剂10-20份、无机增稠剂15-19份、增韧剂8份、阻燃剂10份,偶联剂10-25份,锐钛矿型钛白粉1份,增稠剂1份。
优选的,上述的高硬度的pp合金,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP50份,润滑分散剂TAF10份,颜料10份,金属皂类稳定剂0.1份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩12份、粒度为10-50目,空心玻璃微珠4份、粒度为50-90目,混合溶剂10份,无机增稠剂15份,增韧剂8份,阻燃剂10份,偶联剂10份,锐钛矿型钛白粉1份,增稠剂1份。
优选的,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP85份,润滑分散剂TAF25份,颜料25份,金属皂类稳定剂1份,开孔膨胀珍珠岩12份、粒度为10-50目,空心玻璃微珠4份、粒度为50-90目,混合溶剂20份,无机增稠剂19份,增韧剂8份,阻燃剂10份,偶联剂25份,锐钛矿型钛白粉1份,增稠剂1份。
本发明通过添加开孔膨胀珍珠岩和空心玻璃微珠,各个组分发挥协同作用,具有韧性高、绝缘性好的效果。
