本发明的手动定心机构,包括安装在支架上的导套,导套的一端设有端盖,端盖的内孔螺纹连接有丝杆,丝杆的外端头接有手轮,丝杆内端头顶靠在位于导套内的顶轴的端头,顶轴的另一端头接有转动爪,转动爪通过销轴连接在导套的端部,转动爪位于导套端部的开口内,在销轴上套装有将转动爪压向内侧的扭簧,转动爪的外侧接有顶钉,所述的转动爪有两个并对称设置,在顶轴的内端头与导套内孔的台阶之间设有弹簧。具有结构简单、操作方便、利用工件外侧的铸造孔进行找正定位、提高工作效率、降低劳动强度的优点。

手动定心机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手动定心机构,用于对机加工中的外侧带有铸造孔的工件进行手动找正定位。
背景技术
定心机构在机加工行业中是常用的机械结构之一,其作用是将工件从不规则的位置姿态调整为特定姿态。对于外侧带有铸造孔的工件目前还没有利用该孔进行找正定位的机构,因此对此类工件找正定位比较麻烦,费时费力,工作效率低,操作者劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、利用工件外侧的铸造孔进行找正定位、提高工作效率、降低劳动强度的手动定心机构,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的手动定心机构,包括安装在支架上的导套,导套的一端设有端盖,端盖的内孔螺纹连接有丝杆,丝杆的外端头接有手轮,丝杆内端头顶靠在位于导套内的顶轴的端头,顶轴的另一端头接有转动爪,转动爪通过销轴连接在导套的端部,转动爪位于导套端部的开口内,在销轴上套装有将转动爪压向内侧的扭簧,转动爪的外侧接有顶钉,所述的转动爪有两个并对称设置,在顶轴的内端头与导套内孔的台阶之间设有弹簧。
所述的导套与支架之间设有健并通过螺母固定连接;丝杆上与顶轴相接触的端头为球面,顶轴的端头有锥面与转动爪上的弧面相配。
本发明的手动定心机构,通过支架安装在机加工生产线上工件的装夹位置,支架可通过驱动机构带动相对移动,使导套前部包括转动爪位于输送到位的工件外侧的铸造孔内,转动手轮使丝杆向内移动,顶靠顶轴,弹簧被压缩,顶轴顶向转动爪使其向外侧转动,由转动爪上的顶钉压向工件外侧铸造孔的内侧面上,由于本机构的位置是确定的,在顶靠力的作用下,工件可发生微量移动,达到找正的目的,再由夹具对工件装夹固定,然后反转手轮,撤出本机构。具有结构简单、操作方便、利用工件外侧的铸造孔进行找正定位、提高工作效率、降低劳动强度的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:14为支架,支架14安装在机加工生产线上工件的装夹位置,并设有驱动机构驱动支架14相对移动。在支架14上固定有导套6,导套6的一端通过螺栓固定有端盖3,端盖3的内孔螺纹连接有丝杆4,丝杆4的外端头接有手轮1并加装垫2。丝杆4内端头顶靠在位于导套6内的顶轴7的端头,顶轴7的另一端头接有转动爪11,转动爪11通过销轴10连接在导套6的端部,转动爪11位于导套6端部的开口内,在销轴10上套装有将转动爪11压向内侧的扭簧9,转动爪11的外侧接有顶钉12。转动爪11有两个并对称设置。在顶轴7的内端头与导套6内孔的台阶之间设有弹簧8。
导套6与支架14之间设有健13并通过一对螺母5背紧固定连接。丝杆4上与顶轴7相接触的端头为球面。顶轴7的端头有锥面与转动爪11上的弧面相配。
如图2所示:本发明的手动定心机构,通过支架14安装在机加工生产线上工件的装夹位置,支架14可通过驱动机构带动相对移动。对工件找正定位时,移动支架14使导套6前部包括转动爪11位于输送到位的工件15外侧的铸造孔内,转动手轮1使丝杆3向内移动,顶靠顶轴7,弹簧8被压缩,顶轴7顶向转动爪11使其向外侧转动,由转动爪11上的顶钉12压向工件15外侧铸造孔的内侧面上,由于本机构的位置是确定的,在顶靠力的作用下,工件15可发生微量移动,达到找正的目的,再由夹具对工件15装夹固定,然后反转手轮1,撤出本机构。本机构最好为两组并对称设置,同时对工件15的两侧进行找正。具有结构简单、操作方便、利用工件外侧的铸造孔进行找正定位、提高工作效率、降低劳动强度的优点。

1.一种手动定心机构,其特征在于:包括安装在支架(14)上的导套(6),导套(6)的一端设有端盖(3),端盖(3)的内孔螺纹连接有丝杆(4),丝杆(4)的外端头接有手轮(1),丝杆(4)内端头顶靠在位于导套(6)内的顶轴(7)的端头,顶轴(7)的另一端头接有转动爪(11),转动爪(11)通过销轴(10)连接在导套(6)的端部,转动爪(11)位于导套(6)端部的开口内,在销轴(10)上套装有将转动爪(11)压向内侧的扭簧(9),转动爪(11)的外侧接有顶钉(12),所述的转动爪(11)有两个并对称设置,在顶轴(7)的内端头与导套(6)内孔的台阶之间设有弹簧(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手动定心机构,其特征在于:所述的导套(6)与支架(14)之间设有健(13)并通过螺母(5)固定连接;丝杆(4)上与顶轴(7)相接触的端头为球面,顶轴(7)的端头有锥面与转动爪(11)上的弧面相配。
