飞尘收集储存箱，呈长方体的机体上设有一个引风机、一个空气室、一个过滤室、一个沉淀室，在空气室里设有一个进灰口、一个吸尘口，吸尘口通过吸尘管道与引风机相连，在过滤室里设有一个排灰口、多个由过滤布袋连接的吹灰口，吹灰口的另一端接口与引风机进灰管道相连，在沉淀室的外表面上设有一个排灰小门，该飞尘收集储存箱，可以将抛光机产生的灰尘进行过滤除尘，改善了工作环境，减少了对空气环境造成的污染，结构简单，安全环保，经济实用。

本发明涉及一种连接在金属件抛光机设备上除尘过滤的收集用具即飞尘收集储存箱。
背景技术
目前在机械制造行业当中，抛光机是一种不可缺少的机器设备，有许多加工出来的工具，需要进行表面抛光处理，然而抛光机在抛光过程中能产生大量的灰尘，污染工作环境，而现在大部分小厂子都是采用排气扇排灰，排灰的效果不好，能给工作人员的身心带来一定的危害，让人们感到是一个非常烦恼的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述提出的问题，本发明提供一种飞尘收集储存箱，该飞尘收集储存箱，可以将抛光机产生的灰尘进行过滤除尘，改善了工作环境，减少了对空气环境造成的污染，防止金属飞尘聚集成不安全隐患，结构简单，安全环保，经济实用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，飞尘收集储存箱，呈长方体的机体上设有一个引风机、一个空气室、一个过滤室、一个沉淀室，在空气室里设有一个进灰口、一个吸尘口，吸尘口通过吸尘管道与引风机相连，在过滤室里设有一个排灰口、多个由过滤布袋连接的吹灰口，吹灰口的另一端接口与引风机进灰管道相连，在沉淀室的外表面上设有一个排灰小门，使用时，先将进灰口用管子与抛光机上的排灰出口相连，打开引风机开关就会将抛光机产生的灰尘经过空气室，排到过滤室的过滤布袋中进行过滤除尘，过滤完的灰尘经排灰口通过管子排到下水道中，关机后仍有一部分灰尘会沉淀到沉淀室里，经过一段时间后要打开排灰小门进行排污一次，结构简单，经济实用，安全环保。
本发明的特点是，抛光机产生的灰尘经过引风机，将灰尘排到过滤室的过滤布袋中进行过滤，排出的灰尘不会对空气造成污染，其结构简单，操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合主视图对本发明作进一步的说明。
在视图中，呈长方体的机体1上设有一个引风机、一个空气室、一个过滤室、一个沉淀室12、2、3、10，在空气室2里设有一个进灰口、一个吸尘口4、5，吸尘口5通过吸尘管道14与引风机12相连，在过滤室3里设有一个排灰口13、多个由过滤布袋8连接的吹灰口6，吹灰口6的另一端接口7与引风机12进灰管道9相连，在沉淀室10的外表面上设有一个排灰小门11，使用时，先将进灰口4用管子与抛光机上的排灰出口相连，打开引风机12开关就会将抛光机产生的灰尘经过空气室2，排到过滤室3的过滤布袋8中进行过滤除尘，过滤完的灰尘经排灰口13通过管子排到下水道中，关机后仍有一部分灰尘会沉淀到沉淀室10里，经过一段时间后要打开排灰小门11进行排污一次，结构简单，安全实用。

1.飞尘收集储存箱，其特征在于：呈长方体的机体上设有一个引风机、一个空气室、一个过滤室、一个沉淀室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的飞尘收集储存箱，其特征在于：空气室里设有一个进灰口、一个吸尘口，吸尘口通过吸尘管道与引风机相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的飞尘收集储存箱，其特征在于：过滤室里设有一个排灰口、多个由过滤布袋连接的吹灰口，吹灰口的另一端接口与引风机进灰管道相连，沉淀室的外表面上设有一个排灰小门。
