Abstract

本发明公开了一种葛仙米面条的加工方法,取葛仙米干品粉碎制得葛仙米粉,将葛仙米粉与面粉按一定比例混合均匀,添加蛋清、食盐等辅料,加工而成的面条,入口爽滑、口味极佳,营养丰富,具有清热明目作用,能治目赤红肿、夜盲症、烫伤等疗效,且本方法操作简单,易于实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面条的加工方法,尤其是涉及一种葛仙米面条的加工方法。
背景技术
葛仙米,别名地软、地木耳、天仙米等,念珠藻科念珠藻属植物,据《全国中草药汇编》介绍,葛仙米“性寒、味淡,可以消热、收敛、益气、明目,主治夜盲症、脱肛;外用可治烧伤、烫伤及护肤美容等。”现代医学证实,葛仙米内含有15中氨基酸、人体所需八种氨基酸葛仙米占七种,干物质总蛋白高达52~56%,维生素B1、B2高于一般菌藻类,含矿物质15种:即磷、硫、钙、钾、铁、锶、钇、铅、硅、镁、钡、锗、锌、铜、锰,还有藻类淀粉和其它糖类。具有痰火能疗、解热消疲,且久服延年的功效。
葛仙米除传统的食用方法之外,逐渐被当作制作饮料、粉等的原料,但,把葛仙米当作原料加工面条,尚未见有报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是以葛仙米为加工面条的原料,使加工成的面条富含葛仙米的营养成分,具有明目、益气、消热、收敛等功效。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种葛仙米面条的加工方法,按如下步骤进行:
A、葛仙米处理:挑选新鲜的葛仙米干品,除去葛仙米中的杂质,备用;
B、碾磨:将葛仙米干品碾磨成粉,制得葛仙米粉;
C、混合:将葛仙米粉与面粉按一定比例混合均匀,并添加适量蛋清、食盐等辅料,加适量水,制得面团;
D、挤压成型:将制得的面团经加工设备挤压成型,制得面条;
E、晾干、包装:将挤压成型的面条晾干后包装。
所述的步骤C中一定比例为以下组份,其中葛仙米粉为10~20重量份、面粉为80~90重量份,蛋清占总重量的5~10%、食盐占总重量的2~3%。
葛仙米具有清热明目作用,能治目赤红肿、夜盲症、烫伤,面条具有养胃的功效。因此,把葛仙米当作原料加入到面条后,面条营养丰富,具有了一定的保健功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:取葛仙米粉100g,面粉900g,充分混合,加入蛋清50g,食盐20g,搅拌均匀,加入适量水,制作面团,并经挤压成型、晾干、包装后,制得葛仙米面条。
实施例2:取葛仙米粉150g,面粉850g,充分混合,加入蛋清75g,食盐25g,搅拌均匀,加入适量水,制作面团,并经挤压成型、晾干、包装后,制得葛仙米面条。
实施例3:取葛仙米粉200g,面粉800g,充分混合,加入蛋清100g,食盐30g,搅拌均匀,加入适量水,制作面团,并经挤压成型、晾干、包装后,制得葛仙米面条。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (2)

1.一种葛仙米面条的加工方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤:
A、葛仙米处理:挑选新鲜的葛仙米干品,除去葛仙米中的杂质,备用;
B、碾磨:将葛仙米干品碾磨成粉,制得葛仙米粉;
C、混合:将葛仙米粉与面粉按一定比例混合均匀,并添加适量蛋清、食盐等辅料,加适量水,制得面团;
D、挤压成型:将制得的面团经生产设备挤压成型,制得面条;
E、晾干、包装:将挤压成型的面条晾干后包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛仙米面条的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤C中一定比例为以下组份,其中葛仙米粉为10~20重量份、面粉为80~90重量份,蛋清占总重量的5~10%、食盐占总重量的3~5%。
