Abstract
本发明提供一种PE拉伸缠绕膜增白工艺,在生产过程中,添加增白剂,改善再生料生产拉伸缠绕膜杂色问题,提高薄膜的透明度和光亮度,改良产品外观。本发明可分别采用单层挤出工艺、双层挤出工艺、三层挤出工艺。其中单层挤出工艺,按重量百分比,由88.9~55%LLDPE或MLLDPE、10~35%再生料:即PE再生料或PP再生料的至少一种、0.1~3%增白剂、1~7%增粘剂:即聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE,混合而成。不论是单层挤出工艺,或是双层挤出工艺,还是三层挤出工艺,其产品拉伸强度达到纵向≧7N,横向≧3.5N。改善了再生料生产拉伸缠绕膜杂色问题,提高薄膜的透明度和光亮度,改良产品外观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PE拉伸缠绕膜增白工艺。
背景技术
用PE再生料或用PP再生料至少一种来生产PE拉伸缠绕膜,可以进行资源的循环利用,节能环保。但由于再生料含有杂色,会造成拉伸缠绕膜色泽不一,外观不雅,不利于产品的销售和使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是要提供一种PE拉伸缠绕膜增白工艺,在生产过程中,添加增白剂,改善再生料生产拉伸缠绕膜杂色问题,提高薄膜的透明度和光亮度,改良产品外观。
本发明是这样实现的,可分别采用单层挤出工艺、双层挤出工艺、三层挤出工艺。

本发明的有益效果,采用上述方案后,不论是单层挤出工艺,或是双层挤出工艺,还是三层挤出工艺,其产品拉伸强度达到纵向≧7N,横向≧3.5N。改善了再生料生产拉伸缠绕膜杂色问题,提高薄膜的透明度和光亮度,改良产品外观。

本工艺的单层挤出工艺,每100公斤配比比例:由88.9~55公斤LLDPE或MLLDPE、10~35公斤再生料(PE再生料或PP再生料至少一种) 、0.1~3公斤增白剂、1~7公斤增粘剂(聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE)混合而成。
实施例二:
本工艺的双层挤出工艺(A层/B层),每100公斤配比比例:由10公斤A层和90公斤B层组成;其中,A层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由9.8~7公斤LLDPE或MLLDPE和0.2~3公斤增粘剂(聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE)混合而成;B层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由0.9~35公斤再生料(PE再生料、PP再生料至少一种)、0.1~3公斤增白剂、89~47公斤LLDPE或MLLDPE和0~5公斤增粘剂(聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE)混合而成。

或者,双层挤出工艺:A层/B层,按重量百分比,由20%A层和80%B层组成;其中,A层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由19.8~17%LLDPE或MLLDPE和0.2~3%增粘剂:即聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE,混合而成;B层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由0.9~35%再生料:即PE再生料或PP再生料的至少一种、0.1~3%增白剂、79~37%LLDPE或MLLDPE和0~5%增粘剂:即聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE,混合而成;

或者,三层挤出工艺:A层/B层/C层,按重量百分比,由20%A层、60%B层和20%C层组成;其中,A层按三层结构的总重量的百分比,由0~10%再生料:即PE再生料或PP再生料的至少一种、19.8~7%LLDPE或MLLDPE和0.2~3%增粘剂:即聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE,混合而成;B层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由0.9~25%再生料:即PE再生料或PP再生料的至少一种、0.1~3%增白剂和59~32%LLDPE或MLLDPE混合而成;C层按双层结构的总重量的百分比,由0~10%再生料:即PE再生料或PP再生料的至少一种、20~7%LLDPE或MLLDPE和0~3%增粘剂:即聚异丁烯PIB或超低密度聚乙烯VLDPE,混合而成;
