减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属刀具技术领域,尤其涉及一种减小圆板牙外圆径向圆跳动工艺方法。
背景技术
在圆板牙技术条件的国家标准GB/T970.2中,规定了作为位置公差的外圆对轴线的径向圆跳动,并且要求用锥度螺纹芯杆“体现轴线”进行检测。但圆板牙的螺纹是在热处理之前切削成形的,尽管采取了工艺措施控制螺纹加工后的外圆径向圆跳动,但热处理造成的径跳超差却没有较好经济手段消除,经常产生部分次品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法,以解决现有技术中的上述缺陷。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法所述方法包括如下步骤:
a.制造圆板牙的串磨芯杆;
b.热处理洗净盐迹并磨削圆板牙平面后,将圆板牙以螺纹小径为配合面依次串入所述串磨芯杆,然后加垫片用六角螺母夹紧;
c在无心磨床上通磨板牙串。
优选地:在步骤b中,所述园板牙的板牙缺口不能连续在同一圆柱侧母线上。
优选地:在步骤b中,所述依次串入所述串磨芯杆的所述圆板牙的数量为7-10个。
本发明的有益效果为,本发明应用无心磨床的外圆定位磨削特性,利用以板牙螺纹小径为轴心连接的板牙串的彼此校正作用,高效地实现了减小外圆径向圆跳动的工艺目的。

第一步:设计制造相应规格圆板牙的串磨芯杆:
⑴串磨芯杆直径d0
设圆板牙热处理后的螺纹小径为:

则:串磨芯杆直径d0=(d1-a)f6
对于M12以上规格板牙可增加略大的一组串磨芯杆d0m=(d1-0.5a)f6
⑵芯杆长度
芯杆长度应满足中心配合夹紧安装7~10件板牙,具体设计时按照相应规格的板牙厚度E。
⑶螺纹规格
螺纹采用常用的普通螺纹,公称直径应略小于串磨芯杆的直径。
第二步:热处理洗净盐迹并磨削板牙平面后,将7~10件圆板牙以螺纹小径为配合面依次串入芯杆,然后加垫片用六角螺母夹紧,见附图1。为减小径向圆跳动,板牙螺纹小径与芯杆的配合间隙不宜过大,一般先用较大直径的芯杆串装板牙,较紧或装不如的留下用稍小直径的芯杆安装。另外,安装时必须错开板牙缺口,它们不能连续在同一圆柱侧母线上。
第三步:在无心磨床上通磨板牙串,达到板牙外圆成品尺寸。一般可控制在中、上限内。
第四步:本发明的工艺方法不仅能够用于圆板牙的大批量生产中,保证外圆径向跳动;还可修正径跳超差的板牙,方法是将超差与合格板牙混装成串,再次用无心磨床通磨即可。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
a.制造圆板牙的串磨芯杆;
b.热处理洗净盐迹并磨削圆板牙平面后,将圆板牙以螺纹小径为配合面依次串入所述串磨芯杆,然后加垫片用六角螺母夹紧;
c.在无心磨床上通磨板牙串。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法,其特征在于:在步骤b中,所述园板牙的板牙缺口不能连续在同一圆柱侧母线上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减小圆板牙径向圆跳动工艺方法,其特征在于:在步骤b中,所述依次串入所述串磨芯杆的所述圆板牙的数量为7-10个。
