本发明属于饮料饮品技术领域,更具体是涉及一种钙质强化饮料。
背景技术
钙是人体不可缺少的物质,尤其是孕妇和处于生长发育阶段的儿童,更应大量摄取。另外,老年人由于体内细胞组织衰老,吸收钙的能力降低,也容易造成缺钙,也应该经常补钙。另外,一般人的生活中,往往由于食粮的精加工及不当的烹调和饮食结构,也常发生缺钙现象。
目前市售的各种饮料,其主要原料为糖类、酸味剂、色素等,过多地饮用会造成牙齿和骨骼所含钙的溶出,尤其是儿童容易发生缺钙、缺铁等症状。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种钙质强化饮料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种钙质强化饮料,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
柠檬酸钙:1~3,苹果酸钙:1~3,乳酸钙:1~3,
葡萄糖钙:2~4,葡萄糖酸锌:1~3,蜂蜜:10~20,
羟甲基纤维素:0.2~0.4,矿泉水:800~1000,香精:0.1~0.3。
上述技术方案中,所述的钙质强化饮料的制备方法为:按配比,将各组分混合,分散均匀后即可得成品。
