Abstract
本发明公开一种白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征在于它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:白萝卜汁25-30份、葛根5-10份、枳椇子5-10份、桔皮5-8份、甘草10-15份、蜂蜜8-10份。本发明制得的产品不仅解酒效果好,且对人体没有毒副作用,能起到护肝作用,而制备方法简单、快速,能够及时满足客户的应急需求。

本发明涉及饮料领域,具体讲是一种白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法。
背景技术
饮酒是许多人的生活习惯,适量饮酒对身体也有一定好处,但是过量饮酒则有害无益。然而在日常生活中,人们往往因工作需要而饮酒过量,有的还会形成醉酒,造成身体不适、大脑不清。目前市面上尽管已有多种“醒酒汤”,不但醒酒的效果都不怎么好,而且制作比较复杂。
白萝卜性平微寒、除具有清热解毒、健胃消食、化痰止咳、顺气利便、生津止渴、补中安脏、增强免疫功能等功效。中医理论认为白萝卜味甘,入胃,通筋活血,本草纲目称之为“蔬菜最有利者”,它含有很多能帮助消化的糖化酶和能促进胃肠蠕动、增进食欲的芥子油,对于醉酒者有极大的解酒护肝作用,而将白萝卜应用到解酒饮品中,还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,本发明制得的产品不仅解酒效果好,且对人体没有毒副作用,能起到护肝作用,而制备方法简单、快速,能够及时满足客户的应急需求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:一种白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征在于它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:
白萝卜汁25-30份、葛根5-10份、枳椇子5-10份、桔皮5-8份、甘草10-15份、蜂蜜8-10份。
优选为:
白萝卜汁30份、葛根8份、枳椇子8份、桔皮8份、甘草12份、蜂蜜10份。
其步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜白萝卜进行榨汁,再酶解,过滤,制得白萝卜汁A;
(2)将葛根、枳椇子、桔皮和甘草混合加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,制得滤液B;
(3)将滤液B和蜂蜜混合搅拌,再加入白萝卜汁A,并加水调整至总量,搅匀,制得饮料C;
(4)将饮料C加热至100℃,再经150目的滤布过滤,即可。
以上各组分的功效如下:
葛根:解热、解酒:近年来国内外已开发出其为原料的系列解酒保健产品,如葛根面包、冰淇淋、饮料等。
枳椇子:适用于酒醉烦渴,恶心呕吐,二便不利:《滇南本草》言其“治一切左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解酒毒”。
桔皮:理气健脾、调中、燥湿、化痰。
甘草:清热解毒,调节脾胃。
蜂蜜:调补脾胃、润肺止咳、润肠通便、解毒。
本发明的效果在于:
1、本发明制得的产品无副作用,因为本发明原料是根据中医药食同源理论,以白萝卜为主组合其他成分,作为一种解酒的饮料食用,不会有任何的副作用,解决了现有解酒饮品有副作用的弊端;
2、本发明制得的产品护肝,含有很多能帮助消化的糖化酶和能促进胃肠蠕动、增进食欲的芥子油,对于醉酒者有极大的解酒护肝作用;
3、本发明制备工序简单快速,使得本发明的生产成本低,满足客户的应急需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:白萝卜汁25份、葛根5份、枳椇子5份、桔皮5份、甘草10份、蜂蜜8份。

2.根据权利要求1所述白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征是各原料的用量为:
白萝卜汁30份、葛根8份、枳椇子8份、桔皮8份、甘草12份、蜂蜜10份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述白萝卜解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将新鲜白萝卜进行榨汁,再酶解,过滤,制得白萝卜汁A;
(2)将葛根、枳椇子、桔皮和甘草混合加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,制得滤液B;
(3)将滤液B和蜂蜜混合搅拌,再加入白萝卜汁A,并加水调整至总量,搅匀,制得饮料C;
(4)将饮料C加热至100℃,再经150目的滤布过滤,即可。
