Abstract
本发明公开一种陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征在于它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:陈醋10-15份、葛根5-8份、枳椇子5-8份、桔皮3-5份、甘草3-5份、红糖5-8份、生姜3-5份。本发明制得的产品不仅解酒效果好,且对人体没有毒副作用,能起到护肝作用,而制备方法简单、快速,能够及时满足客户的应急需求。

本发明涉及饮料领域,具体讲是一种陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法。
背景技术
饮酒是许多人的生活习惯,适量饮酒对身体也有一定好处,但是过量饮酒则有害无益。然而在日常生活中,人们往往因工作需要而饮酒过量,有的还会形成醉酒,造成身体不适、大脑不清。目前市面上尽管已有多种“醒酒汤”,不但醒酒的效果都不怎么好,且制作比较复杂。
现代科学研究表明,陈醋含有丰富的氨基酸和某些酵解酶类,以及各种不饱和脂肪酸,服用老陈醋能促进肠道蠕动、降低血脂、中和某些毒素、能够减少胃肠道和血液中的酒精浓度,维持肠道内环境的生态菌群平衡,应用食疗治疗醉酒,不仅有效,而且没有毒副作用,而将陈醋应用到醒酒饮品中,还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,本发明制得的产品不仅解酒效果好,且对人体没有毒副作用,能起到护肝作用,而制备方法简单、快速,能够及时满足客户的应急需求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:一种陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征在于它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:
陈醋10-15份、葛根5-8份、枳椇子5-8份、桔皮3-5份、甘草3-5份、红糖5-8份、生姜3-5份。
优选为:
陈醋15份、葛根6份、枳椇子6份、桔皮4份、甘草5份、红糖8份、生姜5份。
其步骤如下:
(1)将葛根、枳椇子、桔皮、甘草和生姜混合加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,制得滤液A;
(2)将滤液A和红糖混合搅拌,再加入陈醋,并加水调整至总量,搅匀,制得饮料B;
(3)将饮料B加热至100℃,再经150目的滤布过滤,即可。
以上各组分的功效如下:
葛根:解热、解酒:近年来国内外已开发出其为原料的系列解酒保健产品,如葛根面包、冰淇淋、饮料等。
枳椇子:适用于酒醉烦渴,恶心呕吐,二便不利:《滇南本草》言其“治一切左瘫右痪,风湿麻木,能解酒毒”。
桔皮:理气健脾、调中、燥湿、化痰。
甘草:清热解毒,调节脾胃。
红糖:有排毒滋润的功效。
生姜:辛温,辛散胃寒力量强,用于呕吐。
本发明的效果在于:
1、本发明制得的产品无副作用,因为本发明原料是根据中医药食同源理论,以陈醋为主组合其他成分,作为一种解酒的饮料食用,不会有任何的副作用,解决了现有解酒饮品有副作用的弊端;
2、本发明制得的产品护肝,它采用药食两用成分,能促进肠道蠕动、中和某些毒素、减少胃肠道和血液中的酒精浓度,维持肠道内环境的生态菌群平衡,起到护肝作用。
3、本发明制备工序简单快速,使得本发明的生产成本低,满足客户的应急需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:陈醋10份、葛根5份、枳椇子5份、桔皮5份、甘草5份、红糖5份、生姜3份。

1.一种陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征在于它主要由下述重量份的原料制成:
陈醋10-15份、葛根5-8份、枳椇子5-8份、桔皮3-5份、甘草3-5份、红糖5-8份、生姜3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其特征是各原料的用量为:
陈醋15份、葛根6份、枳椇子6份、桔皮4份、甘草5份、红糖8份、生姜5份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述陈醋解酒护肝饮料的快速制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将葛根、枳椇子、桔皮、甘草和生姜混合加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤,合并滤液,制得滤液A;
(2)将滤液A和红糖混合搅拌,再加入陈醋,并加水调整至总量,搅匀,制得饮料B;
(3)将饮料B加热至100℃,再经150目的滤布过滤,即可。
