Abstract

一种天然气炼铅装置，涉及冶炼技术领域，包括一熔炼炉体，所述熔炼炉体上部设有投料通道，所述熔炼炉体底部设有燃烧室，所述熔炼炉体上还设有烟道，所述燃烧室呈圆柱形结构，沿所述燃烧室的圆周均布有天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔，所述天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔间隔设置，在所述天然气喷枪孔中连接有天然气喷枪，在所述空气喷枪孔中连接有空气喷枪，在所述燃烧室内连接有自动点火器，在天然气喷枪工作时，自动点火器开始点火。本发明改变传统熔炼炉结构及燃烧方法，采用天然气作为燃料，且在燃烧过程中没有煤粉进入冶炼程序，保证了铅液纯度，减少了污染物和熔渣产生，提高了经济效益，降低了生产成本，具有非常高的实际应用价值。

Description

一种天然气炼铅装置及使用该装置的炼铅方法
技术领域
本发明涉及冶炼技术领域，具体涉及一种天然气炼铅装置及使用该装置的炼铅方法。 
背景技术
目前对于熔炼铅酸电池、铅、铅泥及含铅废料等，一般都是使用火法高炉熔炼，这种高炉使用煤作为燃料，会产生大量有害气体，污染环境，且效率低，出铅率也低。再者，还有使用工业电阻电炉进行熔炼提铅，虽然这种电炉没有什么污染，但其能耗高，一台电炉熔炼一吨的料约用电600度，且耗时一小时。因此对于低能耗、高效率的熔炼装置的研发势在必行。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单，能耗低的天然气炼铅装置及使用该装置的炼铅方法。 
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现： 
一种天然气炼铅装置，包括一熔炼炉体，所述熔炼炉体上部设有投料通道，所述熔炼炉体底部设有燃烧室，所述熔炼炉体上还设有烟道，所述燃烧室呈圆柱形结构，沿所述燃烧室的圆周均布有天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔，所述天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔间隔设置，在所述天然气喷枪孔中连接有天然气喷枪，在所述空气喷枪孔中连接有空气喷枪，在所述燃烧室内连接有自动点火器，在天然气喷枪工作时，自动点火器开始点火。 
所述空气喷枪喷嘴的直径是天然气喷枪喷嘴直径的2-3倍。 
本发明另一个目的是提供一种使用天然气炼铅装置的炼铅方法，其步骤如下： 
1）首先打开天然气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入天然气，在喷入天然气的同时自动点火器工作，点燃天然气，再打开空气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入空气助燃； 
2）在熔炼炉体内温度达到700℃时，开始往炉体内投料，投料时间在3-5分钟之内完成； 
3）熔炼结束后先关闭天然气喷枪，再关闭空气喷枪。 
本发明的有益效果是：本发明改变传统熔炼炉结构及燃烧方法，采用天然气作为燃料，且在燃烧过程中没有煤粉进入冶炼程序，保证了铅液纯度，减少了污染物和熔渣产生，提高了经济效益，降低了生产成本，具有非常高的实际应用价值。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。 
如图1所示，一种天然气炼铅装置，包括一熔炼炉体1，熔炼炉体1上部设有投料通道2，熔炼炉体1底部设有燃烧室3，熔炼炉体1上还设有烟道4，燃烧室3呈圆柱形结构，沿燃烧室3的圆周均布有天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔，天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔间隔设置，在天然气喷枪孔中连接有天然气喷枪5，在空气喷枪孔中连接有空气喷枪6，在燃烧室3内连接有自动点火器，在天然气喷枪5工作时，自动点火器开始点火，空气喷枪6喷嘴的直径是天然气喷枪5喷嘴直径的2-3倍。 
本发明另一个目的是提供一种使用天然气炼铅装置的炼铅方法，其步骤如下： 
1）首先打开天然气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入天然气，在喷入天然气的同时自动点火器工作，点燃天然气，再打开空气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入空气助燃； 
2）在熔炼炉体内温度达到700℃时，开始往炉体内投料，投料时间在3-5分钟之内完成； 
3）熔炼结束后先关闭天然气喷枪，再关闭空气喷枪。

1.一种天然气炼铅装置，包括一熔炼炉体，所述熔炼炉体上部设有投料通道，所述熔炼炉体底部设有燃烧室，所述熔炼炉体上还设有烟道，其特征在于：所述燃烧室呈圆柱形结构，沿所述燃烧室的圆周均布有天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔，所述天然气喷枪孔和空气喷枪孔间隔设置，在所述天然气喷枪孔中连接有天然气喷枪，在所述空气喷枪孔中连接有空气喷枪，在所述燃烧室内连接有自动点火器，在天然气喷枪工作时，自动点火器开始点火，所述空气喷枪喷嘴的直径是天然气喷枪喷嘴直径的2-3倍，操作时，首先打开天然气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入天然气，在喷入天然气的同时自动点火器工作，点燃天然气，再打开空气喷枪，往燃烧室内喷入空气助燃；在熔炼炉体内温度达到700℃时，开始往炉体内投料，投料时间在3-5分钟之内完成；熔炼结束后先关闭天然气喷枪，再关闭空气喷枪。
