Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种改进的热风炉点火枪，包括点火枪体，在点火枪体上端面设置外环，在外环内设置有点火枪芯，点火枪芯伸出外环上端面，在外环外圆周方向还均匀设置金属丝，所述金属丝伸向点火枪芯外围。由于点火枪芯伸出外环上端面，其点火时产生的火花不被外环内壁吸收，提高了点火概率，同时金属丝放电过程形成不规则电火花，增大和天然气接触，有效提高点火效率。本实用新型经过简单，安装方便，有效的提高了一次点火成功率。

本实用新型涉及天然气燃烧器点火器，尤其是一种改进的热风炉点火枪。
背景技术
在化工生产过程中，现有的燃烧器点火时无法一次点燃，需要反复置换点火，影响生产时间，究其原因，因为燃烧器中的点火枪不能产生有效火花，因而无法点燃天然气体。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型旨在提供一种改进的热风炉点火枪，确保燃烧器点火时一次点燃。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案，一种改进的热风炉点火枪，
包括点火枪体，在点火枪体上端面设置外环，在外环内设置有点火枪芯，点火枪芯伸出外环上端面，在外环外圆周方向还均匀设置金属丝，所述金属丝伸向点火枪芯外围。
采用上述技术方案，点火枪芯伸出外环上端面，其点火时产生的火花不被外环
内壁吸收，提高了点火概率，同时在外环外圆周方向还均匀设置金属丝，金属丝放电过程形成不规则电火花，增大和天然气接触，有效提高点火效率。
经过多次试验，采用本装置后，燃烧器点火时可以一次点燃。
本实用新型结构简单，安装方便，有效的提高了一次点火成功率。

具体实施方式
如图1、所示，原有热风炉点火枪的点火枪芯在外环内，点火时点火枪芯产生的火花易被外环遮挡，并且，产生的火花数量少，形成有效火花少，所以点火时出现多次打火才能点燃现象。
如图2所示，一种改进的热风炉点火枪，包括点火枪体1，在点火枪体1上端面设置外环3，在外环3内设置有点火枪芯2，点火枪芯2伸出外环3上端面，在外环3外圆周方向还均匀设置有四根金属丝4，所述金属丝4伸向点火枪芯2外围，这样点火枪芯2产生的火花不被外环3遮挡，可以和天然气直接接触，同时，金属丝4也能形成不规则电火花，增大和天然气接触，致使本热风炉点火枪点火时，每次都能点燃天然气。

1.一种改进的热风炉点火枪，包括点火枪体（1），在点火枪体（1）上端面设置外环（3），在外环（3）内设置有点火枪芯（2），其特征在于：点火枪芯（2）伸出外环（3）上端面，在外环（3）外圆周方向还均匀设置金属丝（4），所述金属丝（4）伸向点火枪芯（2）外围。
