Abstract

一种带先导阀的截断式阀门。涉及一种控制阀,尤其涉及一种带先导阀的截断式阀门。关闭状态下阀门两边有压力差,阀门开启时阻力很大,导致开启困难。本发明解决阀门开启困难的问题,一种截断式阀门,包括阀体1、阀芯2和螺杆3;螺杆1上设有先导阀7,阀门开启时先开启先导阀7,从而降低阀门两边的压力差,减小开启阻力。

一种带先导阀的截断式阀门
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种控制阀,尤其涉及一种带先导阀的截断式阀门。 
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,阀门的用途十分广泛。现在很多阀门,如供水管道所用的截断类阀门,由于关闭状态下阀门两边有压力差,阀门开启时阻力很大,导致开启困难。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种带先导阀的截断式阀门。 
本发明的技术方案是: 
一种截断式阀门,包括阀体、阀芯和螺杆;阀体底面设有进水口, 阀体侧壁设有出水口,阀体内部设有由阀口,阀体内部设有由阀体、阀口与出水口围成的上腔、阀体内部设有由阀体、阀口与进水口围成的下腔,阀体上设有限制螺杆运动的阻块和限制阀芯运动方向的导向杆;阀芯包括上端盖、下端盖、连接上端盖和下端盖的骨架、设置在下端盖上起密封作用的密封件和被骨架围成阀芯腔;螺杆上设有将流体从下腔引入阀芯腔的先导阀、和阻块一起限制螺杆的运动方向的挡块、与阀芯配合的螺纹,阀体与阻块之间设有控制螺杆与挡块运动行程的间隙;阀口沿螺杆轴向向下端盖投影的影像不超出下端盖的范围并且阀口沿螺杆向下端盖投影的影像和下端盖的周缘不接触。
上端盖在上腔内,下端盖在下腔内,骨架上设有供流体由阀芯腔流向上腔的空隙,设置在阀体上的导向杆穿过上端盖。空隙为通孔或者为横截面为方形的连接通道。 
螺杆依次穿过阻块、阀体、阀芯的上端盖、阀芯腔和阀芯的下端盖;螺杆上的挡块设置在阻块和阀体之间的间隙中,螺杆上的先导阀设置在螺杆在阀体内的一端。 
阀关闭时,所述先导阀沿螺杆轴线方向最靠近下端盖上端面的部分到下端盖上端面的距离小于挡块上端面到阻块下端面的距离。 
在阀关闭时,所述的先导阀的一端在下腔内,所述的先导阀的另一端在下端盖内;在阀打开时,所述的先导阀的一端在下腔内,所述的先导阀的另一端在阀芯腔内。 
螺杆露在阀体外的一端上设有转动螺杆的手柄。螺杆为自锁螺杆。 
本发明提供的一种带先导阀的截断式阀门,结构简单、构思巧妙、成本低廉、安装使用方便,开启阻力小,长期不用后开启亦不会困难。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。如图1所示的是一种带先导阀的截断式阀门的剖视图,图中一种带先导阀的截断式阀门,包括阀体1,阀芯2和螺杆3;阀体1底部设有进水的进水口19,阀体1侧壁设有出水的出水口9,阀体1内部设有阀口13,阀体1内部设有阀体1、阀口13与出水口9围成的上腔6,阀体1内部设有由阀体1、阀口13与进水口19围成的下腔8,限制螺杆3运动的阻块12和限制阀芯2运动方向的导向杆4;导向杆4一端固定在阀体1上,另一端穿过阀芯2的上端盖17,阀芯2可以沿着导向杆4移动。 
阀芯2上设有上端盖17、连接上端盖17和下端盖15的骨架16、下端盖15、设置在下端盖15上起密封作用的密封件14以及容纳先导阀7引自下腔8的流体的阀芯腔11;上端盖17和下端盖15都和螺杆3采用螺纹连接,当螺杆3和阀芯2之间有相对转动时,由于阀芯2受到流体的压力,螺杆3会先于阀芯2沿着螺杆3的轴线方向(导向杆4的轴线方向)移动,当螺杆3上的挡块18与阀体1或者阻块12接触后,由于螺杆3和阀芯2之间存在相对转动,螺杆3又不能沿着螺杆3的轴线方向移动,此时阀芯2就会沿着螺杆3的轴线与螺杆3先前相反的方向移动。螺杆3的运动行程大小为挡块18的上端面到阻块12下端面的距离。阀口11沿着螺杆3的轴线向下端盖15投影的影像完全在下端盖15上并且阀口13沿螺杆3向下端盖15投影的影像和下端盖15的周缘不接触,在下端盖15阀口11沿着螺杆3的轴线向下端盖15投影的影像的以外的区域设有起密封作用的密封件14,当阀芯2沿着螺杆3的轴线向阀口运动时,到密封件14与阀体1接触并起到密封作用时,阀口11与下腔8之间的直接联系就切断了,当设置在螺杆3上的先导阀7也关闭时,上腔6与下腔8之间的联系就切断了,也就是阀门关闭了。骨架16上设有联通阀芯腔11和上腔6的空隙,空隙为通孔、网孔或者为横截面为方形的连接通道。 
螺杆3上设有将流体从下腔8引入阀芯腔11的先导阀7、和阻块12一起限制螺杆3的运动方向的挡块18、与阀芯2配合的螺纹、辅助转动螺杆3的手柄5,阀体1与的阻块12之间设有控制螺杆3与挡块18运动行程的间隙10,挡块18设置在螺杆3上并安装在间隙10中,当阀门关闭时,挡块18在间隙10中与阀体1贴合,继续沿着原来的方向转动螺杆3,在阀体1给与螺杆3的反作用力的作用下,螺杆就会带动阀芯2沿着导向杆4的轴线向上腔6移动或者阀芯2上的密封件14与阀体1挤压, 起密封作用。当先导阀7打开时,挡块18在间隙10中与阻块12贴合。挡块18在间隙10中与阻块12贴合后继续沿着原来的方向转动螺杆3,在阻块12的阻力大于流体给阀芯2的压力时,阀芯2就会沿着导向杆4的轴线向下腔8移动,阀门打开。螺杆3上的螺纹的升角小,螺杆3为自锁螺杆。螺杆3在阀体1外的一端上设有手柄5。 
在阀关闭时,先导阀7的一端在下腔8内,所述的先导阀7的另一端在下端盖15内,先导阀(7)沿螺杆(3)轴线方向最靠近下端盖(15)上端面的部分到下端盖(15)上端面的距离小于挡块(18)上端面到阻块(12)下端面的距离;在阀打开时,所述的先导阀7的一端在下腔8内,所述的先导阀7的另一端在阀芯腔11内。 

Claims (8)

1.一种截断式阀门,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀芯(2)和螺杆(3);阀体(1)底面设有进水口(19), 阀体(1)侧壁设有出水口(9),阀体(1)内部设有由阀口(13),阀体(1)内部设有由阀体(1)、阀口(13)与出水口(9)围成的上腔(6)、阀体(1)内部设有由阀体(1)、阀口(13)与进水口(19)围成的下腔(8),阀体(1)上设有限制螺杆(3)运动的阻块(12)和限制阀芯(2)运动方向的导向杆(4);阀芯(2)包括上端盖(17)、下端盖(15)、连接上端盖(17)和下端盖(15)的骨架(16)、设置在下端盖(15)上起密封作用的密封件(14)和被骨架(16)围成阀芯腔(11);螺杆(3)上设有将流体从下腔(8)引入阀芯腔(11)的先导阀(7)、和阻块(12)一起限制螺杆(3)的运动方向的挡块(18)、与阀芯(2)配合的螺纹,阀体(1)与阻块(12)之间设有控制螺杆(3)与挡块(18)运动行程的间隙(10);阀口(13)沿螺杆(3)轴向向下端盖(15)投影的影像不超出下端盖(15)的范围并且阀口(13)沿螺杆(3)向下端盖(15)投影的影像和下端盖(15)的周缘不接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:上端盖(17)在上腔(6)内,下端盖(15)在下腔(8)内,骨架(16)上设有供流体由阀芯腔(11)流向上腔(6)的空隙,设置在阀体(1)上的导向杆(4)穿过上端盖(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:所述空隙为通孔或者为横截面为方形的连接通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:所述的螺杆(3)依次穿过阻块(12)、阀体(1)、阀芯(2)的上端盖(17)、阀芯腔(11)和阀芯(2)的下端盖(15);螺杆(3)上的挡块(18)设置在阻块(12)和阀体(1)之间的间隙(10)中,螺杆(3)上的先导阀(7)设置在螺杆(3)在阀体(1)内的一端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:阀关闭时,所述先导阀(7)沿螺杆(3)轴线方向最靠近下端盖(15)上端面的部分到下端盖(15)上端面的距离小于挡块(18)上端面到阻块(12)下端面的距离。
6.根据权利要求4所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:在阀关闭时,所述的先导阀(7)的一端在下腔(8)内,所述的先导阀(7)的另一端在下端盖(15)内;在阀打开时,所述的先导阀(7)的一端在下腔(8)内,所述的先导阀(7)的另一端在阀芯腔(11)内。
7.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:所述螺杆(3)露在阀体(1)外的一端上设有转动螺杆(3)的手柄(5)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的截断式阀门,其特征在于:所述的螺杆(3)为自锁螺杆。
