车辆控制器22被构造成与充电器控制器24无线地通信。可通过RFID、NFC、蓝牙或其他无线方法实现无线通信。在至少一个实施例中,所述无线通信用于在启动充电过程之前完成车辆14和车辆充电器12之间的关联过程。所述关联过程可包括:车辆控制器22向充电器控制器24发送指示验证(authentication)请求的信号。然后,控制器22从充电器控制器24接收响应信号,并使用该响应信号来确定是否将初始验证状态授予车辆充电器12。验证会受许多指定因素的影响,所述指定因素包括制造商、额定功率、安全钥匙和/或其他验证因素。基于充电器控制器24的合适的响应信号,车辆控制器22在车辆14和车辆充电器12之间确定肯定性关联。一旦检测到已经过验证的充电器,车辆控制器22便向充电器控制器24提供启动信号,以指示充电系统启动充电过程。初始的无线请求和后续的验证响应构成这两个装置之间的关联“握手”。所述关联还在车辆14和车辆充电器12之间提供进一步的安全通信和命令信号。如果车辆控制器22没有接收到肯定性验证响应,则可提供命令信号以防止充电。
如上面关于图1所提到的,在车辆副感应充电板18和主感应充电板20之间存在间隙。关于该间隙,外物有机会进入到充电电磁场中。在此公开了一种充电管理方法,所述方法包括对外物进入到接近充电电磁场的区域中的检测以及后续的响应。至少一个物体传感器设置在车辆14上或者充电站16处。产生包含一对感应充电板附近的区域的检测区域。联合使用的多个物体传感器可提供更加全面的检测区域。另外,各种传感器类型适用于这种应用。在至少一个实施例中,雷达传感器设置在车辆14上,以监测充电电磁场附近的区域。可选地,超声感测技术或红外感测技术可适合用于物体检测的目的。
车辆控制器22被构造成从物体传感器接收输出信号,并使用这些数据来增强提供给车辆充电器12的指令。针对外物侵入到充电电磁场中,物体传感器监测感应板附近的区域。物体传感器在充电启动之前以及在充电过程期间起作用。如果在感应充电板18附近检测到物体,则从传感器输出指示物体存在的检测信号。如果在感应充电板附近没有检测到物体,则传感器输出指示在充电板18附近没有外物的空闲信号(clearance signal)。车辆控制器22被构造成:如果从传感器中的任何传感器接收到检测信号,则使充电器控制器24禁用车辆充电器12。一旦充电被禁用,车辆控制器22便使物体传感器重新起作用,以继续监测感应板附近的区域。如果从所有的传感器均接收到后续的空闲信号,则车辆控制器22可被编程为向充电器控制器24发送恢复信号。恢复信号指示恢复之前被物体检测禁用的电池充电过程的指令。
车辆充电器12被构造成要求车辆14重复地发送信号,以保持肯定性关联并维持持续的充电过程。车辆控制器22可间歇地或者持续地发送关联信号。在至少一个实施例中,以预定的时间间隔重复地发送关联信号。还可通过与充电相关的事件(例如,如指定的阈值电池充电水平或者由车辆充电器传送的预定的累积能量阈值)来触发关联信号的开始和/或终止。充电器控制器24可被编程为:如果在指定的时间间隔内没有从车辆接收到信号,则禁用主感应充电板20。如上所述,充电系统被构造成:当在车辆副感应充电板18附近检测到物体时,禁用充电。利用对持续的关联信号的需要作为当在充电电磁场附近检测到外物时禁用充电的手段是合适的。在至少一个实施例中,车辆控制器22被构造成:响应于从传感器中的任何传感器输出检测信号,中断向车辆充电器12重复地发送关联信号。关联信号的中断使得供应到主感应充电板20的电力被切断。因此,经由充电板18提供给电池的电流降为零。可另外提供冗余的终止信号,以禁用车辆充电器12。
一旦物体已经离开充电板附近并且不再被检测到,充电系统10便被构造成恢复被禁用的充电过程。可再次使用关联信号作为控制由车辆充电器12执行的充电过程的手段。如上所述,物体传感器在关联信号中断期间保持起作用。一旦不再检测到外物,便从传感器输出空闲信号。车辆控制器22响应于来自传感器的空闲信号而恢复关联信号的重复发送。因此,促使车辆充电器12恢复经由感应充电板20的电池充电。还可提供肯定性充电恢复信号,以命令车辆充电器12恢复被禁用的充电过程。如果已经过去的时间超过预定时间段,则充电系统可经历车辆14和充电器12之间的初始的无线关联,以开始新的充电过程。
车辆控制器22还被构造成产生多个警报信号。参照图1,车辆14在乘客室的内部设置有用户显示器26。用户显示器26用作操作者的警报机构。控制器22可产生多个不同的车内显示消息。例如,产生显示警报,该显示警报通知操作者检测到物体和/或禁用充电过程。车辆喇叭是另外的警报机构,其能够响应于在充电电磁场附近检测到物体而提供外部可听见的警报信号。喇叭警报脉冲持续时间和重复模式可被设置得独一无二,以将障碍物检测事件与产生喇叭脉冲的其他事件区分开。
在图2中总体上以方法200示出了描述持续关联过程的算法的方法。在步骤202中,车辆控制器开始充电过程,例如,车辆控制器在车辆和车辆充电器之间的初始关联已经实现之后开始充电过程。然后,车辆控制器在步骤208中确定在当前时间和初始时间基准T0之间是否已经过去了指定的时间间隔T2。如果没有过去指定的时间间隔T2,则在步骤204中,控制器保持在休眠状态,并且不向充电器提供关于车辆充电的命令信号。然后,控制器返回到步骤208,以相对于指定的时间间隔T2再次判断当前时间距离时间基准T0的时间间隔。应该理解的是,时间间隔T2可足够短,以接近车辆和充电器之间持续关联的时间间隔。
一旦指定的时间间隔T2已经过去,车辆控制器便在步骤210中确定车辆是否处于扭矩启用状态。如果车辆处于扭矩启用状态,则在步骤212中,车辆控制器提供指示命令停止或禁用车辆充电器的信号。然后,控制器将在步骤214中将计时器重置为时间基准T0,接着在步骤206中返回到初始关联过程。
如果在步骤210中车辆没有处于扭矩启用状态,例如,车辆处于停放状态,则车辆控制器在步骤216中确定车辆是否需要来自充电器的电力。如果车辆电池充电水平超过指定阈值,以及如果在停驻于充电站时没有必要给其他车辆活动提供电力,则车辆控制器在步骤226中提供指示命令禁用或停止车辆充电器的信号。应该理解的是,持续关联过程的阈值充电水平可与最初开始充电过程所要求的电池阈值水平相同或不同。
如果在步骤216中电池充电水平低于指定的阈值充电水平或者如果车辆需要来自充电器的电力以便于车辆活动,则车辆控制器在步骤218中将关联信号发送到车辆充电器。在步骤218中发送的关联信号重新肯定任何之前的关联,并维持给定的充电过程。如果在步骤220中车辆充电器没有接收到该信号,则在步骤212中,车辆控制器或充电器控制器可被构造成停止充电,这是因为时间间隔T2已经过去且没有接收到肯定关联的信号。然后,控制器将在步骤214中将计时器重置为时间基准T0,接着在步骤206中返回到初始关联过程。
一旦车辆充电器在步骤220中接收到关联信号,便在步骤222中继续启用充电过程并维持充电状态。然后,在步骤224中,控制器重置计时器并返回到步骤202。根据T2的持续时间,可考虑在车辆控制器通过方法200循环时定期地或持续地发送关联信号。
根据图3,示出了方法300,通过方法300,车辆控制器至少部分地基于在充电电磁场附近是否有外物而确定是启用车辆充电还是禁用车辆充电。在步骤302中,车辆控制器开始充电过程。会需要如上所讨论的关联请求和肯定性响应来启用充电过程的选择。电池电量低于满电量同时电池位于相关的充电站附近可促使对充电状态的选择。在步骤306中,车辆控制器使物体传感器起作用,以监测感应充电板周围的区域。物体传感器一旦起作用,便向车辆控制器输出指示物体检测状态的信号。在步骤308中,车辆控制器使用从物体传感器接收到的数据来确定在充电电磁场附近是否有外物。如果没有检测到物体,则在步骤310中,车辆控制器发送使车辆充电器能够开始提供电力的命令信号。在步骤312中,车辆控制器还清除可被存储在存储器中的与之前检测到物体的事件相关的任何警报发送标志。然后,控制器返回到步骤302和步骤306,以恢复物体检测。
再次参照图3,如果物体传感器在步骤308中检测到物体,则车辆控制器在步骤314中禁止充电器提供电力。如果电池充电过程已经在进行,则步骤314包括响应于物体检测信号中断该过程。如上面所讨论的,可通过肯定性终止命令或者通过暂停关联信号的重复发送来使电池充电过程中断。暂停关联信号的重复发送使车辆和充电器失去关联,并使电池充电停止。如果充电过程尚未开始,则步骤314包括提供指示命令防止充电启动的信号。
在步骤316中,车辆控制器确定是否已经向车辆操作者发送了指示检测到物体并禁用车辆充电的之前的警报。之前的警报由存储在控制器的存储器内的警报发送标志指示。如果已经发送了之前的警报,则控制器返回到步骤306,并使物体传感器重新起作用,以检测在充电电磁场附近是否仍有外物。然而,如果没有发送之前的警报,则在步骤318和步骤320中响应于检测到物体而产生警报。如步骤318所示,所述警报可以是可听见的,以车辆喇叭脉冲的形式存在。外部喇叭脉冲可具有不同的持续时间和/或重复模式,以通知远离车辆的操作者。车辆喇叭脉冲还可使充电电磁场附近的动物离开该区域。所述警报还可包括发送到操作者的移动通信装置的文本消息。如步骤320所示,提供车内警报以通知车辆内部的操作者。显示消息和可听见的音调通知驾驶员在充电电磁场附近已经检测到物体。在提供操作者警报之后,在步骤322中,车辆控制器设置内部警报发送标志,以便存储向操作者发出了通知的指示。然后,控制器返回到步骤306,并使物体传感器起作用。这样,对充电电磁场进行重新判断,并且如果在充电电磁场附近不再检测到物体,则步骤308可允许恢复充电。
在替代实施例中,车辆控制器可被构造成断开连接到副线圈的车辆电路内的开关,以禁止进一步的车辆充电。
上述方法的一个优点在于提供感测,这有助于防止对可进入感应充电电磁场的外物造成伤害。所述方法另外的有益方面在于:在检测到物体之后持续监测,加之如果检测到物体离开充电电磁场则恢复充电过程。例如,物体可能会短暂地经过充电电磁场。物体检测将导致充电过程的中断。上述方法避免了由暂时的物体检测引起的长期中断而导致车辆充电保持不完全。瞬时检测事件未必会使操作者返回到未被完全充电的车辆。
在此公开的过程、方法或算法可被传送到处理装置、控制器或计算机/通过处理装置、控制器或计算机实现,所述处理装置、控制器或计算机可包括任何现有的可编程电子控制单元或者专用的电子控制单元。类似地,所述过程、方法或算法可以以多种形式被存储为可被控制器或计算机执行的数据和指令,所述多种形式包括但不限于永久地存储在非可写存储介质(诸如,ROM装置)上的信息以及可变地存储在可写存储介质(诸如,软盘、磁带、CD、RAM装置以及其他磁介质和光学介质)上的信息。所述过程、方法或算法还可被实现为软件可执行对象。可选地,所述过程、方法或算法可利用合适的硬件组件(诸如,专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、状态机、控制器或其他硬件组件或装置)或者硬件、软件和固件组件的结合被整体或部分地实现。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆,包括:
电池;
充电板,与电池电连接;
传感器,被构造成响应于在充电板附近有物体而输出检测信号;
至少一个控制器,被构造成在电池充电过程期间重复地发送关联信号,从而维持通过充电板的电池充电,并响应于接收到检测信号而中断关联信号的发送,从而停止电池充电。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,传感器还被构造成:响应于在充电板附近没有物体而输出空闲信号。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:响应于在接收到检测信号之后接收到空闲信号而发送恢复信号,从而恢复通过充电板的电池充电。
4.如权利要求2所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:响应于在接收到检测信号之后接收到空闲信号而重复地发送关联信号,从而恢复通过充电板的电池充电。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:在充电过程期间,以预定的时间间隔重复地发送关联信号。
6.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:在发送关联信号之前,使传感器起作用。
7.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:在关联信号中断期间,继续接收来自传感器的输出。
8.如权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被构造成:响应于接收到检测信号而发送终止信号,从而停止通过充电板的电池充电。
9.如权利要求1所述的车辆,所述车辆还包括警报机构,所述警报机构与所述至少一个控制器通信,并被构造成响应于检测信号而产生警报。
