本发明公开了一种真空喷淋装置，包括：架体、真空喷淋箱，其中，所述真空喷淋箱设置在架体上，真空喷淋箱的工件入口处设有旋转定径套，所述旋转定径套内壁上设有中心定位机构，所述旋转定径套通过传动带与一电机连接，所述中心定位机构包括第一定位轮和第二定位轮，所述第一定位轮和第二定位轮固定在一连接片上，所述连接片的一侧设有连杆，所述连杆穿设在真空喷淋箱的侧壁上，连杆上延伸出真空喷淋箱的一端设有扳杆。本发明具有的有益效果：使得塑料管材在旋转输送过程中，完成冷却定型，在生产过程中通过扳杆可以控制工件与旋转定径套保持良好的同心度，具有结构简单，操作方便的特点。

一种真空喷淋装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空喷淋装置，属于冷却设备领域。 
背景技术
塑料管材在生产时，通常采用挤塑技术，而在塑料管材的生产中，通常需要用真空喷淋来冷却定型，真空喷淋的整个过程往往是在真空喷淋箱内完成。现有技术中，真空喷淋箱仅仅能对非旋转的管材制品进行冷却定型，难以满足旋转的管材制品所需的冷却定型要求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决涂布工艺中塑料管材挤塑后的冷却装置所存在的问题，提供一种可旋转的真空喷淋装置来解决上述问题。 
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下： 
一种真空喷淋装置，包括：架体、真空喷淋箱，所述真空喷淋箱设置在架体上，真空喷淋箱的工件入口处设有旋转定径套。 
本发明中，所述旋转定径套内壁上设有中心定位机构。 
本发明中，所述旋转定径套通过传动带与一电机连接。 
本发明中，所述中心定位机构包括第一定位轮和第二定位轮，所述第一定位轮和第二定位轮固定在一连接片上。 
本发明中，所述连接片的一侧设有连杆，所述连杆穿设在真空喷淋箱的侧壁上，连杆上延伸出真空喷淋箱的一端设有扳杆。 
本发明的有益效果主要体现在：使得塑料管材在旋转输送过程中，完成冷却定型，在生产过程中通过扳杆可以控制工件与旋转定径套保持良好的同心度，具有结构简单，操作方便的特点。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，一种真空喷淋装置，包括：架体1、真空喷淋箱6，所述 真空喷淋箱6设置在架体1上，真空喷淋箱6的工件入口处7设有旋转定径套2。 
本发明中，所述旋转定径套2内壁上设有中心定位机构5。 
本发明中，所述旋转定径套2通过传动带3与一电机4连接。 
本发明中，所述中心定位机构5包括两个定位轮51，所述两个定位轮51均固定在一连接片511上。 
本发明中，所述连接片511的一侧设有连杆52，所述连杆52穿设在真空喷淋箱6的侧壁上，连杆52上延伸出真空喷淋箱的一端设有扳杆53，上下扳动扳杆53，可调节两个定位轮51的竖向距离，以适应不同管径的管材中心定位，控制工件与旋转定径套2保持良好的同心度。 
本发明的有益效果主要体现在：使得塑料管材在旋转输送过程中，完成冷却定型，在生产过程中通过扳杆可以控制工件与旋转定径套保持良好的同心度，具有结构简单，操作方便的特点。

1.一种真空喷淋装置，其特征在于，包括：架体、真空喷淋箱，所述真空喷淋箱设置在架体上，真空喷淋箱的工件入口处设有旋转定径套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空喷淋装置，其特征在于，所述旋转定径套内壁上设有中心定位机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空喷淋装置，其特征在于，所述旋转定径套通过传动带与一电机连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空喷淋装置，其特征在于，所述中心定位机构包括第一定位轮和第二定位轮，所述第一定位轮和第二定位轮固定在一连接片上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的真空喷淋装置，其特征在于，所述连接片的一侧设有连杆，所述连杆穿设在真空喷淋箱的侧壁上，连杆上延伸出真空喷淋箱的一端设有扳杆。
